Course Curriculum Overview
Many programs are designed to reflet current industry trends, ensuring that students, learn skills, that are in demand in the job market. Courses often incorporate case studies, projects and internships that allow students to apply therotical knowledge to practical situations. Some students may feel some concepts as outdated concepts i.e. leading to gaps in knowledge.
Internships Opportunities
The college provides intership from 5th semester or in some cases from 4th semesters. As in 6th semesters there is a subject called Intenship in which you should have done some or other internship either paid or unpaid.
Placement Experience
The Overall campus placement ratio is 85%. In 5th semester you become eligible for placements and interships . The companies offtenly visits the campus for interviews, technical rounds etc. The average package offered to college is 5.5 LPA. I am going for placement activities after degree.
Fees and Financial Aid
If you took addmission then for whole engineering your fees remain the same. Currently its Rs. 1,14,840/- . Tuition fees- Rs. 99382/- , Development fees- Rs. 13118/- , College fees- Rs. 1,12,500/- , University fees- Rs. 2340/- . If you avail any scolarship there is certain changes in fees (Ex. OBC/EBC scolarship - Rs. 65149/- , SC/ST- 15000/-).
Campus Life
There are annual fests in college such a Freshers, Annual Day Gathering, Traditional days, Bollywood day etc. They are held in March-April every year. The library has more than 500+ books and journals available along with previous year question papers. There are smart classrooms for Computer & IT students. Workshps, CAD labs for Mechanical, Electronics labs for EnTC etc. There is specific club for each branch in college.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel is overall good one 2-Girls hostel(3 floors each) and 1 Boys hostel(6 floors). In the room there are two fans , along with attached bathroom, personal wardrobe, personal table and you dont have option for single room you have to take rooms with two members. The meal is good repeated food as per timetable, having 1 time break fast and 2 time tea. The hostel also has WIFI facility(100mbps). Yes there are plenty of rented rooms and PG near .
Admission
I applied for many colleges but due to my MHTCET percentile I have to opt for this college. Its better than some other colleges in Pune in terms of palcement opportunities, academics etc. The admission process of this college is through your marks of MHTCET or JEE. You can get this college easily through MHTCET Cap rounds if you have 91 percentile and above(in MHTCET), and 82-87 percentile (in JEE).
Faculty
The faculty here is higly educated faculty most of them are Post-Graduate or holding doctorate in there own fields. The faculty is very helping with students. Thecourse is of 4yrs i.e. 8 semesters(Each yr. 2semesters). In each semester you will have a INSEM of 30 marks, and ENDSEM of 70 marks . And also term work, practicals, workshop etc. are part of curriculam.
