Decent College

Related to academics and faculty I will highly recommend this college. But the college lacks in Infrastructure, the Infrastructure of the college is very poor. Also the food in the canteen is of very poor quality. But the fees of the college is very high which is very disappointing.

There was semester system in this college. The internal exams were not taken care of by faculty itself. The assessment (practical marks) was usually given as full marks. In the final examinations the exam were conducted in a very good environment to help the students in a positive manner.

No there are no placements or the job opportunites provided by the college. But the students who had done M.com from the college with good percentage are provided the opportunity to get placed in the college itself as a teaching faculty but as a temporary only.

The events celebrated in the college are: 1. Before the start of the college havan is done to get the blessings from the God. 2. Various debate contests, declamation contests, GK Quiz, and many other contests are organised in the college. 3. Consumer Hub event is also organised every year. 4. Freshers and Farewell party is also organised to welcome the new students and to bid a farewell to the final year students.

In terms of fee structure I am very disappointed from the management of the college. As every year there is 10% increment in the fees. The fee structure is VERY EXPENSIVE as compared to the other colleges in the town.

Loan facility is not provided by the college. But if any student has scored more than 90% marks in 12th grade then student will get ?10,000 as a scholarship. If more than 85% in 12th grade then ?5000 as scholarship. If more than 80% in 12th grade then ?2500 as scholarship.

Sportsday is celebrated every year in the college in which various events like 200m, 400m, 800m, 1500m, 3000m races are organised. Shotput, long jumps , high jumps are also there. But on normal days (other than sportsday) students are not allowed to play in the college.

The senior students are very helpful in every aspect. Usually many alumni stay in contact with the faculty. Every year in the month of December an Alumni meet is organised. The lifetime fees of Alumni membership is ?200

I didnot apply to this college at the 1st instance. When I was not able to get admission in other good colleges, then I had no other option but had to apply to this college and then I immediately got admission in this college in view of my marks in 12th grade.

The faculty of the college is best in the town. As no other college in the town has so dedicated faculty. The faculty is very much into the students, they help the students in every field. At any point of time the faculty always standby there students. But the College Management is totally opposite to that of faculty. They donot listen to any of the suggestions and just apply there own rules.
