You get nearby examination center within delhi. If you are residence of delhi
You get degree of delhi university which is also good thing.

Dislikes

If you are not from delhi, you have to come to delhi for examinations for examination.

Course Curriculum Overview

I want to purse other courses while my b. Com so that's why i choose this course from SOL. the timing of exams are basically from 3-6 pm. The entery in college start around 2:30. You should reach at examination centre around 2:30 because you have to check the seating arrangement. The difficulty of exam is not that difficult you can easily pass exam before studying 3-4 days from exams by ten year. SOl books are not that helpful you should purchase ten year from market . I also purchasd ten year from satish and sons for by graduation

Course Fees: INR 6000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

If you want to pursue other certification courses with your graduation then you can go for this university. Every university have both pros and cons. Girls and boys both have separate examination centers.

Campus Life

There are classes on Sunday if you want you can attend classes. You can also acces to library my library card for which you have to pay. There are also some curriculum but i personally never attened that.

Admission

I applied becoz i want to do some other certification and short term course along with my graduation so if you also want to do same then go for it. There you can easily get admission on basis of your 12th score you can easily get b.com hons.if you score about 70 in 12th grade.

Faculty

The members are good. They arr quite helpful. You have to give fee yearly not semester wise bit it includes fee of both semester, the cost of hardcopy of book also included in this fee. There is option of both hard copy and soft copy

Shyam lal college not on my wishlist

Course Curriculum Overview:

Well i choose this course because I didn't got what I wanted. Many students are from arts background who got this course because they had no option. The curriculum is same as school all chapters and everything. The law section is new. About buisness and law and everything. Rest is same. Changes in curriculum is not in their hands. But if they could actually change the accounting syllabus. The timing of exams is normal 2:30 to 6:30. And internal test taken by perspective teacher are according to their time and class. They will take retest incase you didn't attended.

Underrated College- An honest opinion

Course Curriculum Overview:

I really was interested in finance and taxation from the beginning. This course aligned rightly with my interests. The curriculum is based on real world applications. Corporate accounting, financial accounting, company law, human resource management, these are very important considering change in the job market and business world. Not only real world applications but one can also go for further academic pursuit such as a master's degree and research. This makes the curriculum really diverse. Some areas of suggestions would be that in theory subjects there should be practical activities. Just like vestibular training. The time of exams is just right. After the completion of syllabus of a particular subject, we are given 10 days of preparation leave. The exams are moderate and it really tests our ability and knowledge based on our studies.

All about SRCC life, exposure, placements, faculty and my experience

Placement Experience:

For placements fifth semester student are eligible for placements. Since it is best commerce college. Companies like big 4, google, bank of America, Goldman Sachs, bcg, bain and co., Sbi, paytm, meesho and many more comes. The highest package was 36 LPA this year from meesho for senior analyst roles. Average package is 10 LPA. Most of the placements take place in consulting, marketing, auditing, finance and analyst roles. Around more than 50% of the students get placed. My plan is to take placements in consulting and finance roles after the degree from the college.

There is a proper placement cell for this which is very active. Prepare for government exams (SSC, UPSC, etc.) Go for higher education (PG, B.Ed., MBA, etc.) Enroll in skill-based or professional certification courses outside college

Dyal Singh College: The Good, The Bad and The Confusing

Placement Experience:

The placement of my college is good if you perform well in the process of selection, as I told earlier, the placement cell is pretty active, so you would have a good number of options. I will be naming the good companies that visited my college, they were EY, Deloitte, DE SHAW, TCS, KPMG, etc. Numerous offers were made and I would say over 80% students in my batch got placed in good companies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In open learning management.. they provide hard copy of books tk prepare whole semester and this is a very good thing because those books are covering whole semester in some books only and there is a v good thing I found... At the end of every chapter they provide summaries and mock questions for every chapter to analyse the weakness and strength. the areas for improvements in the Course Curriculum and Teaching Methods--- they should also provide a mock test paper as per the paper model and latest questions or updated topics with to the point topics The difficulty is normal if candidate is completely prepared...

My view regarding my college

Remarks:

Academically you can choose it but if you are looking for some fancy institution with some best infrastructure and fancy canteen I won't suggest you this college. But this college has one of the very best cricket team and one of our student named Mayank dagar is leading Indian National under-19 team. So I think you understand the impact.
