The curriculum is really easy to process and go through within the given semester and every individual staff members makes sure to let us complete it within the compulsory exams and make us score good marks

I am studying in BE in Electrical and Electronic engineering in Government college of engineering salem, I will stay in hostel. And tution fees, admission fees and mess fees around 30000 thousand per year. I think its very affordable.

Campus Life

There are plenty of clubs and activities that make sure every individual of every single department is able to interact with other department students and faculties. And most of these are compulsory for students to attend and participate

Hostel Facilities

The hostel room is a bit damaged and not neat The maintenance of the hostel is also poorly done The registration process is simplified for people all over the state to easily approach and register The meal quality is divisive and most of the time is not great

Admission

I have heard plenty of good things about this college on its teaching, facility, environment and external knowledge and i can say it lives up to it. It even surpases in some of its quality and overall my experience in this college has been remarkable

In our college faculties are so good and our department staff are good relationship between the students and staff . Ganasan sir is a really supportive person who wants us to learn the core concepts instead of blindly conduming the curriculum

Course Curriculum Overview:

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

Placement Experience:

1.) Placement begins from the pre-final year and we are allowed to apply for companies from the final year. 2.) Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Along with core biotech companies, many IT companies are also hiring students at a very decent package. 4.) I plan to pursue a master's after this course.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.

It's a good college for me.

Placement Experience:

From final year students and 3rd-year students eligible for attending the campus placements in this campus so many companies are there like Wipro, wheels India, so many IT companies in this average package starting as 18000 to 40000 students should have a minimum percentage of 6.80cgpa eligible for placement I completed the degree I got a placement on IT company.

because of future is EV. So I will take the EEE for a bright future 50:1 ratio level. Faculty qualification is a minimum PG and most of the faculties are complete Ph.D. each unit has a unit test it is very easy only No difficulty to get a pass.

I chose this college because I am a resident of this city Salem and wanted to be a day-scholar. This college is also NAAC accredited with A+ grade and also stands as the higest graded government engineering colleges in the whole state of Tamil Nadu. The transport facility for reaching this college is also easy for me as there is availability of college bus which goes around the city to pick up the students i.e. the dayscholars all around the city. I didn't get any rejection from any other college because I got this college in my first round of counselling itself and so did not go for any other options and was not rejected by any.
