Positive:. The best thing of the college is that it is located in tourism spot at Lonavala. The weather is so awesome here. Huge amount of rain during Manson and many more. Disadvantage: College is far away from the main Lonavala city around 5km. Transportation is main problem here. And also there is huge communication difference from other colleges.

In Engineering course you have semester pattern. Here I'm talking about SPPU University pune. Firstly you have midterm exams (insem/online), then at the term end you have Semester Examinations. This is for every semester.

According to the academic year 2019 the placements for the students reached higher than previous years. The placement drives are held at main brach of Sinhgad which is in Vadgaon Pune. Sometimes college provides busses to go there and sometimes we have to manage by our own.

Every year there is a college festival know as Spandan. Those who perform and win has to go for further roud of Karandak which will be held at Sinhgad institute Vadgaon pune. Also Technical event know as Techtonic is held every year in February.

Fee structure is feasible. The tuition fee is around 90,000 and changes year to year. The fees above is for two semester of an academic year. They do not charge seperate for semesters. And the people who got enrolled through CapList get 50% waiver in tution fee. There are some terms and conditions are applied for this waiver in the tuition fee which i will describe in Scholarship section.

Loans are not provided. Coming to Scholarship this is provided by government for CapList enrolled students according to the Caste system. This information will be provided on www.mahadbt.gov site or you will get it from scholarship section desk from the college office. The fees waiver is according to caste.

There are Labs for practical subjects accordingly to the academic subjects. And in sports section the third party company SRS sports provide coaching for different sports for free. Large outdoor ground is available for outdoor games as well there is seperate space for indoor activities.

There is seperate hostel for boys and girls . The fee is 50,000 yearly for both including mess charge and hostel leaving. Infrastructure is average. Each hostel consist of aprox100 rooms. Each room has 4 beds , locker, chair , table for each. Bathroom and washrooms are available in each of the rooms.

Yes the alumni is very helpful. There are 4 startup alumni though. Many guest lectures are held during the academic year. Alumni get-together is also held every year. Alumni conduct some workshops throughout the year.

Faculty is average. Mostly with ME degrees. You will find very less amount of faculty or staff with PhD degrees. The most faculties are from Maharashtra so there's a chance of low latency of English speaking.
