Remarks

Everything about Deen Dayal Upadhyaya is good you will experience everything

Course Curriculum Overview

5

In Delhi university ( I'm in a regular college ) so we have semester thing ..so in a year we have 2 SEM and each SEM we have 4 - 5 subjects in which some are core subject ( that is mandatory to study ) and some are choice based which give student a free hand to choose 1 or 2 subject according to their choice and preference.

Placement Experience

5

Yes, we do have a placement cell that is CCPC. SO BASICALLY the placement cell of our department is quite active and many students were placed in very good companies that are EY gadurner, RBS, etc

College Events

5

We have many fest and events celebrated in our college. First of all, we have our college Fest on top that is KALRAV that is our annual fest of college which is of 2 days. the first day we have a DJ night and the 2nd day we have a star night 2nd is Kavi samelan 3rd wdc fest 4th Qwali nights 5th zucivta

Fee Structure And Facilities

Basically, difference courses have different fee structure. I'm from commerce so we have fees around 14000 around something including all of the expenses that is tuition fees fest fees sorts etc and other expenses are like on food travel so du canteens are quite cheap and affordable

Fees and Financial Aid

No, I have not availed any scholarship or education loan for my graduation. Because the fees in du is very less as compared to any other university charges

Campus Life

5

My campus life was quite good I loved and enjoyed 3 years of my college life. I played for college 3 years and in final year I was president of my department so I participated in many eca activities and organized many activities and our department annual fest.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes, we have a very active group for our alumni in fact last year we organized alumni meet for our seniors.

Admission

I got admission through sports quota so for admission through sports first like any other admission process you have registered yourself online by going that particular site or university and if you have played any national or state or up to district level you have to upload that certificate along with that form and after that date for fitness trail and sport trail is announced by that university and once you are done with your trail marks are uploaded in your email id through which registration was done and counselling and verification date is announced by DU for which you need you to visit that college and submit your documents if they are satisfied they will give you admission in whichever course you have applied for .

Faculty

5

Basically, I have done my graduation in b.com(h) we have our department name that is *COMMunity* which means united we stand. so my department faculty is basically superb. We have talented teachers who are always there to guide us and they are always there for us .we have WhatsApp group for each subject so if we have any doubt we put up there our doubts or we directly contact to that teacher concern.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Well i choose this course because I didn't got what I wanted. Many students are from arts background who got this course because they had no option. The curriculum is same as school all chapters and everything. The law section is new. About buisness and law and everything. Rest is same. Changes in curriculum is not in their hands. But if they could actually change the accounting syllabus. The timing of exams is normal 2:30 to 6:30. And internal test taken by perspective teacher are according to their time and class. They will take retest incase you didn't attended.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I really was interested in finance and taxation from the beginning. This course aligned rightly with my interests. The curriculum is based on real world applications. Corporate accounting, financial accounting, company law, human resource management, these are very important considering change in the job market and business world. Not only real world applications but one can also go for further academic pursuit such as a master's degree and research. This makes the curriculum really diverse. Some areas of suggestions would be that in theory subjects there should be practical activities. Just like vestibular training. The time of exams is just right. After the completion of syllabus of a particular subject, we are given 10 days of preparation leave. The exams are moderate and it really tests our ability and knowledge based on our studies.

Placement Experience:

For placements fifth semester student are eligible for placements. Since it is best commerce college. Companies like big 4, google, bank of America, Goldman Sachs, bcg, bain and co., Sbi, paytm, meesho and many more comes. The highest package was 36 LPA this year from meesho for senior analyst roles. Average package is 10 LPA. Most of the placements take place in consulting, marketing, auditing, finance and analyst roles. Around more than 50% of the students get placed. My plan is to take placements in consulting and finance roles after the degree from the college.

The placement is quite good the percentage of students is not same always it changes but only those students with proper knowledge, experience, skills get good placement. There is a proper placement cell for this which is very active. Prepare for government exams (SSC, UPSC, etc.) Go for higher education (PG, B.Ed., MBA, etc.) Enroll in skill-based or professional certification courses outside college

Placement Experience:

The placement of my college is good if you perform well in the process of selection, as I told earlier, the placement cell is pretty active, so you would have a good number of options. I will be naming the good companies that visited my college, they were EY, Deloitte, DE SHAW, TCS, KPMG, etc. Numerous offers were made and I would say over 80% students in my batch got placed in good companies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In open learning management.. they provide hard copy of books tk prepare whole semester and this is a very good thing because those books are covering whole semester in some books only and there is a v good thing I found... At the end of every chapter they provide summaries and mock questions for every chapter to analyse the weakness and strength. the areas for improvements in the Course Curriculum and Teaching Methods--- they should also provide a mock test paper as per the paper model and latest questions or updated topics with to the point topics The difficulty is normal if candidate is completely prepared...
