College environment is great and they also provide the Library with needed books which we also can issue for somedays free of cost and most best part of college is there canteen which have so much delicious and affordable price

Dislikes

Sometime college restrooms need to be clean and and some trips for students who studied in their college otherwise staff is very good and canteen needs more staff and Little bit clean more and my college give exam centre good

Course Curriculum Overview

One thing which I didn't like most of the time is some teachers provides less notes and have to provide good notes in times and one thing is exam date is very near to each other they to provide us sometime between exams

Internships Opportunities

They offered us a large scale of company which provides us first an internship then they seem to permanent us job or not they up to them Nd our performance as well. They give training first who can easily understand there things or work we they want to work with them they would select us as intern to fulltimer.

Fees and Financial Aid

I pay year wise 5137 rs and I my tuition fees is 700 per subject but there is less price of category whose are under in SC or ST. My batch mates also pay the same fees in college there are scholarships for students

Campus Life

One thing I most like in my college is they celebrate every festival even navaratri they organised the dandiya night and dj for du students and some colleges allows outsiders too which is very cool this and happy thing. There our every facilities which a student need in there college life like library and sports.

Admission

Du has a great facility wherever I listen and I ask for it. I am selected in one of the private college but I want to do with govt because of there facilities and environment. The admission process is first we need to fill the form of admission also need our important documents like certificates or marksheets of school

Faculty

Faculty to students ratio is good and our faculty staff are very cute and understanding nature and our lecturer are talking very politely to us they never gonna harsh on us . Exam pattern are some time easy and sometime hard it's ap to the papers infect

Shyam lal college not on my wishlist

Course Curriculum Overview:

Well i choose this course because I didn't got what I wanted. Many students are from arts background who got this course because they had no option. The curriculum is same as school all chapters and everything. The law section is new. About buisness and law and everything. Rest is same. Changes in curriculum is not in their hands. But if they could actually change the accounting syllabus. The timing of exams is normal 2:30 to 6:30. And internal test taken by perspective teacher are according to their time and class. They will take retest incase you didn't attended.

Underrated College- An honest opinion

Course Curriculum Overview:

I really was interested in finance and taxation from the beginning. This course aligned rightly with my interests. The curriculum is based on real world applications. Corporate accounting, financial accounting, company law, human resource management, these are very important considering change in the job market and business world. Not only real world applications but one can also go for further academic pursuit such as a master's degree and research. This makes the curriculum really diverse. Some areas of suggestions would be that in theory subjects there should be practical activities. Just like vestibular training. The time of exams is just right. After the completion of syllabus of a particular subject, we are given 10 days of preparation leave. The exams are moderate and it really tests our ability and knowledge based on our studies.

All about SRCC life, exposure, placements, faculty and my experience

Placement Experience:

For placements fifth semester student are eligible for placements. Since it is best commerce college. Companies like big 4, google, bank of America, Goldman Sachs, bcg, bain and co., Sbi, paytm, meesho and many more comes. The highest package was 36 LPA this year from meesho for senior analyst roles. Average package is 10 LPA. Most of the placements take place in consulting, marketing, auditing, finance and analyst roles. Around more than 50% of the students get placed. My plan is to take placements in consulting and finance roles after the degree from the college.

There is a proper placement cell for this which is very active. Prepare for government exams (SSC, UPSC, etc.) Go for higher education (PG, B.Ed., MBA, etc.) Enroll in skill-based or professional certification courses outside college

Dyal Singh College: The Good, The Bad and The Confusing

Placement Experience:

The placement of my college is good if you perform well in the process of selection, as I told earlier, the placement cell is pretty active, so you would have a good number of options. I will be naming the good companies that visited my college, they were EY, Deloitte, DE SHAW, TCS, KPMG, etc. Numerous offers were made and I would say over 80% students in my batch got placed in good companies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In open learning management.. they provide hard copy of books tk prepare whole semester and this is a very good thing because those books are covering whole semester in some books only and there is a v good thing I found... At the end of every chapter they provide summaries and mock questions for every chapter to analyse the weakness and strength. the areas for improvements in the Course Curriculum and Teaching Methods--- they should also provide a mock test paper as per the paper model and latest questions or updated topics with to the point topics The difficulty is normal if candidate is completely prepared...

My view regarding my college

Remarks:

Academically you can choose it but if you are looking for some fancy institution with some best infrastructure and fancy canteen I won't suggest you this college. But this college has one of the very best cricket team and one of our student named Mayank dagar is leading Indian National under-19 team. So I think you understand the impact.
