Overall IIT BHU is best place to explore yourself and to find your inner passion or purpose as here you will be exposed to every kind of situation & people. There is plenty of time to explore your field other than academics in which you are interested.

Course curriculum is very good and give students the path to excellence. Curriculum covers not only engineering courses but it also includes human value courses, so there's overall development of students. Exam structure is designed in such a way to test students about their courses conceptually but at the same time not giving them the stressful time during exam. There is mid-sem exams which consists of 30% weightage, lab exams & practicals of 20% and at last end-sem exams which are of 50% wieghtage.

I am 1st year student so as of now I don't have any internship experience. But placements here are exceptional, I myself experienced that because this year's placements which occur in December 2018 many companies came like Google, Microsoft, Uber, ola, Goldman Sachs, intel and many more and highest package of this year's was 1.52 crore. Also there's 100% placement from circuital branches. My college(IIT BHU) was in news for good placements & no. Of students placed. Yes, our college provide internships from 2nd year onwards.

There are many events celebrated in our college. It's hard to find a month when preparations for a certain event is not going on. Events are as follows: 1. Aagman :- This event is for fresher's & only fresher's participate in this in different arts like dance, drama, music, Quizzes etc. 2. Spardha:- This is the annual .sports fest of our college and one of the Asia's largest sports festival. In this teams of different sports came from all ovdr the India to participate & win in this prestigious sports fest. 3. FMC Weekend:- This is the annual Digital Arts Festival of IIT BHU for photographers, cinematographers, writers & many more who are involved or interested in digital arts. In this many creative competitions & workshops of Different genres are organised. Overall this is the best annual fest of IIT BHU.

Fee structure of IIT BHU is very feasible as this is based on family income of student. There is no academic fee for student with family income less than 1 lakh, 2/3 rd of fee is exempted for family income 1to 5 lakhs and for 5 lakh & above full fee is being charged.

There are many scholarships which are provided by my college especially for sc/st category. There is also merit-cum-means scholarship for merit students. There's also scholarships which are provided by Alumni of college for students who are in need of financial support.

Sports facilities are exceptionally good in IIT BHU as there is professional coach for each & ever sports. There is very good fields & equipments of every sport being played in college which improves the standard of players.

Our college i.e. IIT BHU is 100 years old, so there's very strong alumni network. As you can imagine in 100 years how many students had passed out & most of them are at very prominent positions now. Senior students are very helpful in our college. There is very good seniors-junior culture in our college to strong bonds between them.

Faculty is very good above my expectations. Most of the professors are very experienced & involved in many research projects and they provide very practical knowledge about courses. But the faculty other than professor is not very cooperative and helpful.
