Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is designed in such a way to match with the market trends. The curriculum changes every 4 years to keep up with the current trends and the students are also taught proper practical implementation
Internships Opportunities
The college offers internship with many companies like samsung, microsoft and other corporate giants. They are provided with reasonable stipend and sometimes even provided a PPO by the respective companies
Placement Experience
The percentage of students getting placed is around 92%. The students don't need to worry about being placed as long as there are no backlogs. The students are trained for the placement interviews by the CIR team. My plans after acquiring the degree is to pursue my higher studies in MBA
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee I am paying is 260000 per year in the third slab of scholarship seat. The college does have management quota but it doesn't have much of a difference with 320000 as the fee for non scholarship quota
Campus Life
There are around 65 clubs with most of the clubs being technical. There are a few non technical clubs for music dance gaming etc. Some clubs like the Amrita management and leadership club help prepare the students for corporate life and help them with event management, public speaking and other valuable lessons. The college does fall short on extra curricular activities as they are quite conservative.
Admission
The admission examination was considerably easy as compared to most colleges. I was selected for a few other colleges before I joined this college but preferred this college due to promising placement opportunities.
Faculty
Some faculties might have favorites and would make it quite obvious. The teachers are good and well qualified and offer valuable guidance for career as well as for life lessons. The faculties are also very friendly and approachable
