The teaching in not bad in this college every teacher is well educated and have there own method of teaching which makes it more fun to learn all teachers are very kind and good hearted ya some teachers can be rude but as a teachers u have to be strict as well The teaching is good but they don't prepare u for the interviews or any special exams they will teach u only what is in course not what outer world wants .. no special activity so we can learn anything new or some productive learning can be happen . They should have more webinars and seminars to improve the social skills of a student how to speak I. Good manner and other main things as well it will help students a lot to learn new things in that department and he or she can be confident in every way possible . BCom has 6 or 7 subjects so in summer exam there is four Month only jan feb march April and in may there is exam as in December we already have given exams so we only have 4 months to other exams so it should be improved for better results ..

The Sggs college sector 26 Chandigarh fees structure is as follow:- 1 year fees :- 33621 2 year fees :- 32725 3 year fees :- 32725 Bcom is a 3 year degree and the each year has two semesters in it and you have to pay the fees half in 1 semester and half in 2 semester.... which is good if you can't afford much money in less time in my pov . And in that there is also university examination fee of rs 5670/- And for BCA the fees structure is :- 1 year :- 53102 2 year :- 52206 3 year :- 52206 And for the first university examination fee is rs 5670/- and it includes the practical examination as well in it ... There is scholarship in college but less people have knowledge about that and the criteria for scholarship is that you have to be present in class and you attendance percentage should be 90% and above then u will have a scholarship but it is only for the scheduled cast students not for all the people there ..

The college does celebrate many festivals but there isn't any events shows of any artist in our college There is only one fest which is famous and called Youth Zonal Fest and it is organised in any affiliated college with panjan university It is organised once in a year and it is mainly happened in the month of October and nothing else ever happened in college.. There is library in college which is good but not much big to have 200 people at one time in library .. There is not much to tell about as there is nothing more good in this college And for the social activities there is rotary club in our college which make donation ,blood donation ,langar and also many other things and also environment safety things as well And we have ncc and nss in our college which is good for students the work they do is hard but it's exciting at the same time

I get here admission because I didn't get admission anywhere else the process of admission is a little bit controversial as quota system I got 82 % and didn't get admission anywhere in the list and my friend with 62 % got admission before me because he has done his 12th from model schools .. That's why there is not good students in Sggs 26 sector chd cause they give admission to model school students first without knowing he will be soon dropped out on his own will Many students get admission because they want to do ilets and will go outside the country and for that time they have nothing to do so they take admission which cause many students ended with not getting seats ..deserved one didn't get that's not good admission process in my opinion they should take admission according to percentage not like first model students then outer students that not fair I guesss

So we have 2 times exam in a year in any degree of college as we have 2 semester in one year .. The exams come after every 5 month mainly the exam is on may month and in December month and the admit card will be approved 2 weeks ago from exam .. The examination will be conducted in evening 2 to 5 p.m. it will be of 3 hours and a student can go after half time have been gone if he wants to ..there will be facilities of water the staff will arrange the water for students during the exam . The exam holds 80 marks and for passing u need 27 out of it . Total is 100 out of which 80 marks will be decided by your exam and 20 marks will be internal Internal marks are given by teachers according to ur attendence,assignments and behaviour as well and also the MST MST is important it helps u to boost your internal marks ... but the problem is most students get compartment the college give it for making money it is not good for any small heart people or people who does not have money .. They give reappear purposely
