Not worthy

Everything is good except placement, exam pattern, and faculty placements are not on the mark they are below my expectations and exam pattern is very tight there are 3 cycle tests and 1 University theory exam with model practical and University practical exam.

Course curriculum is good the sibjects are good but the exam structure is very tight you won't be getting much time for learning extra things there are 3 cycle test and 1 University theory exam with model practical and University practical exam

Placements are the most disappointing part of SRM from this high fee structure everyone will expect good placements but they are below average you can easily get 3-4 lakhs per annum jobs in SRM but more than that will be very tough they have done marketing on 100% placements so they force their student to sit in the placement.

In college there are many events but the two most big events are Aarush and Milan Aarush is technical mangement fest and conduct workshops hackathon etc and milan is cultural fest and have cultural events and gamings evets with pro shows in which celebrities come for concerts and most of the department conduct their own fest with sports and other events.

Fee structure for my course that is B.TECH is 3,50,000 per annum in CSE department but of are willing to go for Nanotechnology or aerospace then it is 3,75,000 per annum in this much fees everyone will expect good placement but placements are not on the mark they are kind of disappointing.

There are many scholarship program and loan facility i have availed loan for my education in SRM because of the high fees and if you get rank under 10000 you will get scholarship and other scholarship are also there.

Labs and sports are good the only problem is there is no grass ground in the campusfor the cricketers but i heard that they are growing grass in one of the ground.There is facility for almost every sports.

Hostel is good but the food in the mess is just shit.you have to spend alot of money in food.We all just wait for the offers in zomato and never miss any order if we exclude food the hostel is good but can be better.

Yes they are helpful and there is a separate club for them DSA alumni affairs is a club that conduct talkshows with alumni and workshops and internship fairs for students and they also teach us how to create resume and how to make it strong

Faculty of SRM are mostly from south side and i have noticed most of the faculty are very friendly with the students who speak the same language as them.In my experience most of the faculty are good but from 2nd year it is good to ask senior which faculty to choose because from 2nd year onwards you have right to choose your faculty
