Course Curriculum Overview
The Curriculum Is based on making the personality of a student to be a teacher.It focuses on overall development of the students.It prepares to deal with every aspects of life so I choose this.The teaching methods are very good.the frequency of exam is moderate.
Fees and Financial Aid
I am Swastik Sourav Sahu pursuing the course of BSC BED ITEP(4 years , 8 semesters)from Guru Nanak Dev University Amritsar.I am from general category.The 1st semester course fees is 34415.The course fees for 2nd semester is 11380. So overally course fees for 1st year is 45795. Every year there will be two semesters.The Course fees per semester is 11380.As I am from general category so I am not availing any facilities of scholarship and concession.The other students from sc category or any ews are getting facilities of scholarship and concession.
Campus Life
There are many cultural activities are done here for example Diwali Fest In OctoberYouth festival in October,Jasan in March and many more.It also consists of library with availability of all kinds of books.The different extra co curricular activities are also done to find the talenta among students inclusive sports,and cultural activities.it also consists of clubs and social interaction programmes like NCC.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel is very good with hygienic campus.it provides bed , chair ,table ,fan and wifi facilities.The quality of meal is also very good and affordable.The registation process for hostel is online and all payments are also done by online.
Admission
I have taken admission to Guru Nanak Dev University Amritsar on the basis of the entrance exam NCET conducted by the NTA organisation.I have also applied for other colleges but as per my score I get selected in this university and as it is overally a well reputed organization so without waiting for other universities I get admitted here.The Admission is based on merit of the NCET exam.The Overall Admision procedure was good.
Faculty
Each and every faculty members is friendly to all students.The relationship between teachers and students is very good.Their conversation, way of teaching, making understand the topic, counselling everything is good.There are two exams per semester, mid semester exam and end semester exam.For the students who reads , the exam is moderate level and those who don't pay attention to study , the exam is difficult.The Course curriculum is very much relevant and effective.
