Likes

All the college teachers are very good and supportive .
Collage library is really very calm . There only students who want to study hard.
Collage clerks are also very good . If any student trouble all doing help .

Dislikes

There are many students who are not vome for study.
Some bad students come for fight and smoking.
Water systems of our collage is also very bad.

Course Curriculum Overview

Curriculum is essential to guide teachers in what to teach , how much depth of knowledge is needed for that grade , and a a timeline to follow so the year will be completed . All the teachers are carefully served to students .

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 13100 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Last year I deposited Rs 13100 for college admissions. And all my classmates paid the same fees. All the categories get same fees structure . In the present year we all deposited 11990 for 2nd year admission .

Campus Life

My experience in our college has been very bad . No group has been formed here by the college . No one student also make any class group or any other social group . Classroom are destroyed all branches , chairs , fans, are in very bad condition.

Admission

In the area where we live, there are not many options for college, that is why we have taken admission in college. It is not easy to get admission in college but there is no discipline and everyone follows their own path. 90 % children do not come to class and wander outside in the village.

Faculty

Faculty members of the our collage is not so good . Our college 90% students of 1st year reappearance for the exams . Maybe our college more need to improved marking thats students are safe and study stress free.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I did search for many colleges in gurgaon and noida but they approched me and asked to visit the college but that was my wrong decision I would say They will tell you that this is very less amount in this this course but after months you will know that they ask money only for small things the whole college needs to be improved this college is only good for the people who can afford a lot of money in Every 2 months they take exams which is unit exam and after 1 months the main exam in which the unit exams are very easy but the last exam the final one they take are very different and difficult Don't know from where they make that exams

JGU is delightful place!!

Placement Experience:

EY, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley and all other companies which defies international economics are the ones which recruits students of JGU. Theh even conduct seminars and workshops and tells us the things which we need to add in our arsenal to be fit and ready for placements. Jindal Students of Economics easily score placements worth 5-7 lakhs and nearly all the students who wish for placements gets it too.

OPJGU: Not my first choice, but definitely the right one

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is highly relevant and comprehensive, according to me. The core courses that are mandatory for a student to take are highly relevant and necessary in order to develop the relevant skills and knowledge in that specific domain of the field. Electives on the other hand, are a student's choices and may or may not be relevant directly to the course one is studying. The university offers a wide range of electives and the electives are also taught by highly qualified professors across the 12 different schools of JGU. The end semester exams are either of 30 marks or 50 marks, depending on the course. Electives usually have a 30-mark end-of-semester exam for 1.5 hours. The exams are pretty easy and theoretical and contextual, unless the course one has chosen is strictly application-based and demands applications of theoretical frameworks. The core exams in the first and second year are divided across 50 and 30 mark exams and are often for 3 hours. The exams are pretty easy and theoretical except for the practicum courses, which are deeply application-based. The final year has very few core courses which are for 30 marks.

Remarks:

A well developed basketball court is being provided by the college so that boys and girls can freely and actively play and refresh their minds.It is a huge court .Students love to play here as it is the most fascinating sport.Boys and girls are given equal privileges in respect to the court.

The selection process starts with filling center form from the DHE site of Chandigarh. This form is valid for all the government aid colleges in Chandigarh and then a list is placed, which totally based on your marks, reservation.
