Remarks
Mnit is a good college as it is one of the top 5 NITs. Faculties and hostel administration are few of the backdrops but not everything is perfect. One can be proud of being an MNITIAN. Except few of the disadvantages MNIT will give one a better experience in his or her college life.

Fees and Financial Aid
I was offered top class SC scholarship. The MNIT administration told me that i was eligible for the scholarship and asked me to submit the required documents. After i submitted the following procedures were done by them and i was awarded a laptop and my institute and hostel fee was refunded to me.
Campus Life
Various extracurricular activities are organised in MNIT and we have many societies like dramatics society, technical society are few to name which are headed by creative arts and cultural society(CACS). Code fridays, dramas, dancing cometition, quizzes are extracurricular activities. Sports infrastructure is good here and we have one combined football and cricket ground one volleyball court one basketball court one kabaddi ground one tennis court one table tennis court. We have college teams in almost every sports and we have won many intercollege sports tournament.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel infrastructure is moderate as the college is quite old. We have 9 boys hostel and 2 girls hostel. All hostel are equipped with internet facilities and rooms are fine to live in. The food and administration are the worst here . If something goes wrong then it takes months to fix the problem in hostels. Food is of worst quality.
Alumni/Alumna
Alumni network is strong here in MNIT and we have one community namely ALCOM to stay in contact with the alumnis. Alumnis are integral part of our college because thet fund our college fest and events. The seniors here are helpful and they have maintained team namely student mentorship team to help new students or freshers in MNIT and to guide them to make them comfortable in our college.
Faculty
Faculties here are moderate. Some of them are graduated from prestigious IITs and some have eeven done research work in foreign countries. They possess good knowledge in their subjects but most of them fails to teach what they know about their subject and most of the students only join their class to make sure the attendance is 75%. In simpler and honest words they are boring.
