College life that isn't limited to just college itself

The college is not solely concentrated on the scholastic part and those who come here solely for the same will have a hard time coping. The college helps to promote involvement in activities of various nature and in my personal opinion is needed for any and every law graduate

The exam structure consists of 2 types.internal and external both consisting of equal marks of 50 each. Though the external is solely based on the written paper the internal consists of various sub categories such as assignment, paper presentation, class participation and internal written papers.

The placements in the college is minimal as the law students generally prefer to practice law rather than being placed. Though it is abysmal for those who want to be placed as well as the no. Of firms that approach the coplege too is very little

The variety of events in the college is vast. There are various events such as Fresher's,onam, kerala day, Christmas, woman's day, farewell based on the days. Events such as arts fest and sports fest concerning the co curicular activities. And the college law and management fest conducted by the college. These are excluding all the events that take place in the university but solely limited to the college

Feasible. The college being a govt institution can be seen to haelve a very feasible fees structure. The fees consists of about 50 thousand per year and spanning over 5 years is a total of 2.5 lakhs. The quality of education received is saequal to those colleges providing the same for double the same

Have not availed any. Though there are various students who have taken the benefit of students loan for studying in the same. The college fees is very feasible and those who have taken loan for the same are left in a beneficial situation where they are not forced into hardships by crushing debts.

There are a wide range od events and activities on the college. The highlight though is the library that the college holds that is quoted by a long list of jurist as the best library concerning law in the Southern half of the country.

The network of alumni is based more on a personal relationship than any form of mechanism or structure regarding the same. This said it can be seen that various alumni of the college is seen to frequent the institution both on a general note as well as for the purpose being part of events or giving lectures in areas they specialise.

The no. Of faculty for the college is limited. And due to this there is a difficulty for the existence of a wide variety of electives. A few of the faculty also lack the drive to teach unlike private colleges as their job is not on the line.
