College Review

The curriculum for the first years is based on the improvement of the cognitive function of the students. They help in logic building and boost your aptitude. The curriculum do not have any major flaws which need improvement. There are mid-sem exams and end-sem exams in one semester. The difficulty is good and definitely need a preparation to attempt the exams.

There many good internships provided to the students. Internships in the core field can be found. Internships can also be found based on the skillset. Like you can a intership related to python prigramming as python developer. Core internships may include the industrial experience needed to step into that field.

The placements the college is decent. There is a good placement to application ratio. All the branches are have a stable placement record. There amny reputed companies that come for hiring like Nvidia, Google, Microsoft, etc.

The total tuition fees for year is ?62500 and there is fee waiver according to the annual family income. For below 1lac p.a. the tuition fees is nil(in case for sc/st or obc the tuition fees automatically null), in the bracket 1lac to 5lac p.a. there is a waiver of 2/3rd to the tuition fees. Rest the hostel fees is ?50000 per yr. The fees is constant throughout the course. There is scholarship system based on academic performance and aptitude.

There are tons of things to do in campus. There is a annual fest called as 'Utkansh', which is generally held during the onset of summer and a technical fest called as 'TechNITI' which is held during the winters. There clubs for every hobby including sports, art, photography, travelling nad exploration,etc. and many skill building clubs like coding, robotics, video editing ,etc. The social life at the campus is also very good and the peers are helpful and there is a healthy senior-junior interation. The librabry is also very good.

The first year hostel are old and little weary. The management does its best to provide comfort. All the necessary things are provided, like table, chair, bed, wardrobe, laundry room, etc. The registration process for the hostel rooms is done through the colleges website. The mess food is also up to mark. They take special care about the quality and hygeine of the food.

I got the college through counselling system based on the ranking system in entrance exams. The entrnace exam which is needed is JEE Mains. I apllied for other op NITs but could not make to them due to lack of merit and reservation system. The college's admission process is also very simple. After a seat is alloted in the subsequent counselling round, you have to pay seat acceptance fees and partial admission fees(all of which is memtioned in the Jossa counselling brochure). After that you have to go through document verification stage and thats it.

The faculty are very considerate towards students. They can adjust their tesching pace according to the demands of the students. The exams arw also designed to make sure the learning part of the studies is maximized and boots the cognitive ability of the students. The exams are somwhat difficult but they are not impossoble, they really measure your aptitude.
