On averall college is good academically. Good course , good faculty and good students But extra curricular activities are very less Compound is very small and programmes are happening occasionally This makes students bored
Course Curriculum Overview
Curriculum is good. Informative subjects and topics are there which are interesting also About exam , there will be an internal examination within 2 months of a semester . Before main exam ,there will be a preparatory exam . Then major University exam
Placement Experience
I've not gone for an internship yet . Attended some work shops only. And about placement , for my course , scope in private sector is very less. For good salary ,job in government sector is necessary. So after this course , participating in govt competitive exams is necessary
College Events
There are not much celebrations in our college However general festivals like Onam , Ponkal , Holi , Ganesha Chathurthi etc are celebrated More over college fest ANVESHANA is celebrated during August - September There is an intercollege fest KRITYA also during Januav- February
Fee Structure And Facilities
There is separate fee structure for professional and honours section I'm professional and for me fees is 1,36000 per year . But for honours it is 2,15000.It is a bit higher side. For us , it is not so high
Fees and Financial Aid
College is providing Loan faclities. I've not taken loan yet . But my friends have taken. Generally less amount of time is required by them. And for scholarships, students with good grades and marks are getting scholarships here.
Campus Life
Sports is the major extracurricular activity here , University is providing great facility for soorts . Cricket, football , basketball etc is being practiced here However absence of an effective sports council is a big issue
Hostel Facilities
Hostel is equipped with moderate faclities Fees is above 2 lakh per year It's very very high for the facilities they're providing Even though they claim many facilities students are not being provided by it
Alumni/Alumna
Senior students are really helpful . They're very friendly and gentle They're ready to give any help on the curriculum. They are giving proper information about curriculum and helping us in selecting electives
Faculty
Faculty is good . But majority is of less experience. Many teachers are below 25 years of age. But they are really informative and helpful . Procedure of teaching is very good. There are experienced teachers also
