the curriculum provides a overall knowledge of the topic and is revised every 4 years.it is decided by faculties and new topics are covered according to recent innovaitions and discoveries.the library has almost every book needed to find the intended topic and has helped me a lot .Internal exams occurs once every month and the marks are taken for the final results.

companies conduct exams and interviews are held for internship selections.this starts in 3rd year .GP morgan is one such company providing stipend of around 30,000rs with offers leading to placement.many companies provides offers as such.projects help you build your resume is really beneficial if inhouse projects are done.

placements are decent and not as high as its projected.we can start applying from 3rd year and companies arrive for interviews and exams.CSE btech has the highest no of offers.package starts from 3.5 lks and goes as high as 55lks.I had planned to do MS from a foreign university ,hence have not tried for placements.

The fees for my course is 3,50,000 for 4 years i.e 8 semesters. my personal opinion would be that this is in fact high considering the teaching style and the coorperation of the staff.fees is yearly divided and does not include exam fees in it.scholarships are provided to students securing ranks below top 1000 accordingly.One student from every batch who tops the CGPA is provided a concession in the next years' fees.many other scholarships can be availed such as defence scholarship,alumni scholarship etc.The highest fees of our batch is 3,75,000 for nanotechnology and aerospace.The fees for all the courses have been increased for the 2022 batches and above.

the infrastructure around the campus is outstanding.Sports are promoted which include swimming ,football,ball badminton,badminton basketball and so on.Clubs have fun and also technical .students get to participate and showcase their talents in various ways.The exposure we get is irreplacable along with joined involment and support of faculties under their supervision.Two main culturals happen in SRM.One is MILAN which is the proper cultural fest.Other is AARUSH which is the Tech fest to showcase your knowledge .Also many competions had held to depict your potential.

hostel comes at basic rate of 1,20,000 for a year for 3 sharing ,common bathroom.The highest is 2,40,000 for Ac ,2 sharing ,attached bathroom.rooms are given on first come ,first served basis and is purely luck based.The cleaning is done everday and properly supervised.many flats anf pgs are available outside the campus in a 5 km radius.hostel food can be rated 6/10 and many students move outiside because of the mess food.

SRMJEE is the entrance test for the college admission.Around 1.5 lakh students are admitted and the seats are given according to availability of the course and across the branches.there are 6 campuses in India with kattankulathur campus being the main one.This college offers immense freedom for exploration with less limitations .Other colleges which i applied to had restrictions in mingling to other gender and strict guidlines in terms of leaving the campus for going out.srmjee happens 3 times in april,may and june and the registration fees is around 1200rs.

three internal exams happen in a semester comprising of 25 marks,50 marks, and 50 marks respectively.Before the semester ,practical exams occur for any lab course taken.semester exam pattern gets altered every 2 years .Most of the faculties are lenient in correction and is hard to fail in the semesters.
