Course Curriculum Overview

4

I like programming and coding thats why i choose BCA course . The course curriculum is good not best in my college. They are using Turbo c++ but better software are available. There are some subjects which are nowhere related to course which should be removed for curriculum. Exam conducts very frequently which is frustrating sometime, timing for exam is good.

Internships Opportunities

4

For my course, good internships are their. Companies like TCS, accenture, HCL etc. provides internships opportunities. Stipend is on lower side with 8-10k monthly but its negotiable. Good skills and knowledge is all requires for grabbing the internship.

Placement Experience

3

Placement is pretty good in my college. Companies frequently visits and pick students for job. College provides good internships which is beneficial for placement. Package is on the good side . But placement cell should bring more companies.

Fees and Financial Aid

I have to pay 1.70 lakh annually for 3 years which comes with two instalments, first instalment is 1.07 lakh and second instalment is 63k. There is no extra charges rather than this. Backlog fees is on higher side with 2000rs per subject. Also you have to maintain 75% attendance in each subject otherwise detain fees is 2000rs per credit.

Campus Life

4

Overall my college experience is going good. I have some good friends and faculties. There are many clubs and societies running in campus. As I earlier said infrastructure is very good and clean. There is more than 3-4 libraries and sports arena . Good food available in campus. No ragging is best thing.

Admission

I choose this college because of my brother's recommendation. He was also graduated from same college. Other factor is this college is not too far from my home. Infrastructure and campus is good and hygienic. Admission process is very easy you just have to score minimum 50% in 12th and have to submit basic and required documents.

Faculty

4

Faculty is very good in terms of any aspect. The faculty to student ratio is 1:60 but also a mentor is available for all students. Faculty is highly qualified and supportive. If i talk about exam for my course, its not that much difficult to pass. Exam pattern is there is 100 marks internal and 100 marks external, for internal there is 2 sessional conducted of 30 marks each (10 marks for passing) which total sum 60 marks and remaining 40 marks come with attendance, class performance, practical. External is of 100 marks paper which includes mcq, short answer, long answer(25 marks for passing). You have to score 80 out of 200 for passing the subject. Majority students pass the exam except some.
