College

College infrastructure is good along with the location. This college is built on small hill and whole college campus is in Kumar swamy layout . The college buildings are good looking and well built. But the Indian hostel is very bad . Even by mistake don't go in that hostel .

In exam conducted by COMEDK ,180 question were asked containing 60 questions each from physics , chemistry and maths. There was no negative marking and 1 mark for correct response. Exam was taken online . There were different online examination centre in different cities .

College provides internship opportunity to only selected students who are performing well. Others are not getting internships. Placements are not so good this year for non IT branches. About 60 percent IT students are getting placed in IT companies. Rest are seeking for mass recruiters company.

There are 3 to 4 college fests including tech fest and cultural fest which are generally composed on competition based events. These fests are open to students of all courses and years. These fests take place in month of March.

Fee structure is quite affordable if one is getting admitted through COMEDK . For CS branch I got admitted by paying 2 lakhs 36 thousand in year 2018 as yearly fee. If someone is getting admitted directly through management quota then they have to pay around 4 lakhs per year for BE.

Nothing is offered here as scholarship or loan facility by our college as mentioned in the question. For OBC, ST ,Sc and Karnataka students they have some concession which they are given in some amount after having some form fillup.

Sports activities are there , generally football and basketball. There is one squash arena and lawn tennis court in the college , but I haven't seen any competition being held there in both arena. For CS IT students , hacakthon is being held along with many other competition.

There are 2 boys and 2 girls hostel in the campus . One is indian hostel and the other one is NRI. Indian is 4 sharing while NRI hostel is 2 sharing. Living in Indian hostel costs around 1 lakhs 15 thousand yearly and living in NRI HOSTEL costs 1 lakhs 45 thousand per year. They have their own mess .

Yaa, senior students are there in hostels which are helpful telling all the stuffs about college and how to get better job opportunities or getting placed in high paid companies . They also tell the ways of getting internships via online mode and all. Alumni meet and all are the things we are missing here .

College faculties are nicer to the students seeking any doubts on any particular topics or for extra discussion on some topics. In class they are teaching seriously without any wastage of time . They feel offensive when we have mass bunks .
