This is the best college in Chandigarh in terms of academics, extra curricular and all other events. you get equal opportunities to come up with your talents and learn more and more. In my opinion, there is hardly any negative point. Both teaching and non teaching staff is efficient and helpful. Moreover, being a government college, it is so clean and you'll get the same feeling as studying in a private college.

B.com is a 3 year degree comprising 6 semesters with 6 or 7 subjects different in each semester. Curriculum is based on more of subjects related to commerce. Both numerical and theory portion are in equal ratios. Regarding semesters, exams are for 80 marks and 20 marks internal. Also, there are Mid semester tests, assignments, presentations etc

Regarding job opportunities, yes Campus recruitment takes place but I couldn't make it to selection. And internships aren't compulsory for Bcom students. But yes i did one internship voluntarily in 2nd year.

There are multiple events that take place and probably that's the best part. There is fresher's party, farewell, talent hunt, NS events, Seminars and workshops, Sports day, all festivals, Annual college fest, and many more

fee structure is feasible and affordables. Fees is to be paid in installments and it is much lesser than that of private colleges. Also, initially at time of admission, the fees is to be paid at point of addmissions during counselling

I don't have any idea about this. Half knowledge is dangerous so its better not to say. There might be some scholarship facility for backward class of society and for lower income groups. That's all about

in extra curricular activities, yes there is a computer lab, sports, reading room, library, and many new things have come up after I left the college. There is no science lab as it is a commerce college. The quality of books in library is good. Our library has a good quality and quantity of books, joirnals, newspapers, magazines, novels etc.

Yes, entire college students stand as a one team. Everyone is so much supportive, friendly and helpful. Also, there is no hatred and envy. You can talk to anyone freely when you wish to. Even the alumni keep on visiting the college to meet their juniors and guide them

The faculty is well trained, experienced and educated. Every teaching person has specialisation in his/her field along with a PhD degree. Also, they solve students' doubts and there is individual attention.
