Remarks
The bad thing is you to be on time at the college even if you are 5 mins late the gate will be closed thereby missing your classes the fee is a bit on the higher side.
Entrance Preview
No entrance exam required as it is a Graduation college all you need to be is +2 passed the place where I come from this was the most reputed college with good record in academics along with experienced faculty and good infrastructure.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is same one which has been prescribed by the affiliated university i.e in this case the University of Mysore the course structure is in line with the modern day requirements with variety of subjects to choose from with regards to the faculty the college has very good experienced lecturers with high qualifications.
Internships Opportunities
As the course I opted was for B.Com there is no scope for any internship hence the question of stipend does not arise.
Placement Experience
At the end of the course you get campus placements from the college with the likes of companies like Infosys, HCL, L&T etc coming the package offered is minimum starting 2.5 lacs p.a and max as high as 7 lacs the number of jobs offered altogether for placements is between 800-1000.
College Events
Firstly the college holds many of the fests all through the year mostly focussed much on the academics part sports festival is the best one among the others other than that Ethnic days are organised for the students to showcase their ethnicity which they represent many seminars are held for the students which are presided over by eminent personalities of their field of expertise these are organised on a huge scale with huge participation from the students end .
Fees and Financial Aid
I had not availed any loan facility but as scholarships are concerned students who had scored 85% or more in their +2 gets the college fees pardoned.
Campus Life
The campus is one the huge one with all the facilities from parking to quality canteens to clean toilets the gender ratios are not that of a concern as the representation is almost equal. The college hosts many of the inter college competitions and also hosts other extracurricular activities the lad is one of the state of the art with all the facilities needed.
Alumni/Alumna
There is no alumni network as such but seniors do visit the college frequently and share their experiences with us the one interaction related to placement interviews helped me a lot.
