Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum in terms of relevance and comprehensiveness is really very very good . The study the curriculum prepares really well for real world applications for further academics in the future. If all the classes would have been with smart board it will be more good
Placement Experience
The placements here are more than our expectations. From 5th or 6th semester the students become eligible for placements . Companies like TCS,Infosys visit. The highest package is 20-23 lakhs and the average package is 6-8lakhs. My plans after getting the degree is if I get a good placement I will go into that otherwise I will do mtech .
Fees and Financial Aid
The detailed fee structure of mine, when I got admitted to this college is 12-13 lakhs for 4 years, excluding bus amenities for day scholars and hostel amenities for hostellites. Yes ,I guess our college does provides scholarship facilities.
Campus Life
The overall experience is very good. Every kind of book is available in the library and anyone can access it very easily. The classrooms are all ac with very spacious. Many kind of sports and extra curricular activities are offered like cricket, badminton, basketball, football. Many social groups ,clubs , are also available.
Admission
Honestly many of my friends opted for this college so this is one of the many reasons for me to choose this college over other colleges I applied to. The admission process is very simple,but for admission our college conducts its own entrance test.
Faculty
Most of the faculties here are kind enough with the students and the faculties are good enough to be approachable. This year my CSW and AD faculties Sudeepa Ma'am and csw sir are the best. My probability and statistics teacher she is cool but she can be more good. In a year you have to attend 2 end sems and 2 mid sems. A good amount of students pass the exam . The difficulty level is 8 on 10
Night Life
Late night life is good. There is availability of gym outside ,library and public area . The hostel campus differs from year to year with a minimum of 7:15 for girls and 7:30 for boys. There are a lot of hangout place outside the university. The locality is safe to roam around at night.
