Lived happily for 4 years.....

As I'm an Embedded systems enthusiast in which i have selected this course in which i have learn C programming and ARM embedded which was an elective for me in this curriculum, ARM embedded and few other subjects shoukd make it as an main subject rather than elective which others can't select the course if they are intrested in it which was based on first come first serve method.

There are many oppurtunities for internships from placement cell in SRM where there are categories like internship com placement, internship leads placement roles to be placed in and the package differs with each others. Major project is the only credited subject in the final year final semester in which it's the most wanted thing for our resume to be weighted high more than the others, internship hiring panels are so intrested in asking questions related to the projects to be placed

Placements started from 6 semester which is third year 2 semester. It is the best time for the students who can get a high package jobs and internships with job oppurtunities for the core companies after this smester the number companies keeps decreasing in which the chances of getting placed will be getting redued due to the competetion. The starting package of core comanies starts from 3 LPA adn the average slary for those companies is 6 LPA. Percentage for the attending placements is >7 CGPA to get shortlisted for the companies.

College tution fee was 2,50,000/- per year and SRM KTR has various scholarships for the students such as founders , SRM merit,Employee ward, performance based, sports, differently abled..etc. Scholarships are available.

There are wide range of fest conducted by SRM named as MILAN and AARUSH, MILAN is an non tech fest which invites few celebreties, DJ, Food stalls etc..., and AARUSH is an tech event they conducts events like hacakathons, workshops

I have been stayed in hostel for two years in which i paid 1,32,000 for hostel of double sharing non attached bathroom including food and laundry. Hostel is an good option because of the facilities they provide such as free WIFI, everyday cleaning and the equipments for the sports can be taken from hostels by ID card as an proof. Hostel, room registration can be done in online through SRM websites, in final year i have rented a flat of 2 bedroom where we have stayed upto 6 people in which food cleaning with no WIFI are the facilities there which was so tough to stay if we want to save money

As i applied to Amrita, VIT, Sastra, SRM. I got admitted in SRM where I got few problems for few colleges such as i have been disqualified for thr amrita online test because of my technical errors which they can't reschedule my exam again, VIT i got admission in VIT chennai campus where i was intrested in VIT Vellore campus, sastra elegibilty was quite difference where I got low percentile in JEE mains where my admission got cancelled, as SRM gave me a chance by giving parameters for 10 , 12 marks where online test didn't happen because of covid

Faculty to student ratio was 1:20. For every section there will be an faculty advisor who is responsible for the class Dr.Anilet Bala A was my faculty advisor. The exam pattern was starts with Cycle tests which are 4, CT-1 which is only one unit of syllabus for 25 marks, CT-2 has 2 units of syllbus for 50 marks, CT-3 is also same as CT-2, CT-4 was an internal assesment and it follows to model universtity practicals, main university practicals and ends with semester exams.

Night life of SRM is quite good because of the security doesn't allow strangers inside the campus after 9:30 PM. Library stays open till 10PM and the canteen or cafes, restuarants opens till 7:30 because of changing rules from 2023. Hostel will closes the door @ 9PM if any student comes late because of an event ot any case ho should have an copy of permission for allowing inside.
