Remarks
It's a good college to study in Bangalore . And since the college is becoming an autonomous University, there's going to be a lot of additional things which are goin to come up . One of the best college to get your degree in.
Course Curriculum Overview
It's quite good and trains you well for University exams. College follows vtu syllabus for2k17 batch. But the college became an University since 2k18. So now it has their own scheme. 3 internals spaced at 4 week gaps.
Placement Experience
Placements have been good till now. According to stats, Pesit bsc has the highest number of placements since the past few years. Companies like Accenture, Infosys, Mercedes, Jindal etc come for placements. Internships are provided for students during their 7th sem. Students can also do their internship during holidays if time permits.
College Events
Various events which happens are- MAYA, INTERDEPARTMENTAL SPORTS , TEDX, VINYASA, KLUDGE. MAYA is our college fest..held in every odd sem. VINYASA is the mechanical design competition. KLUDGE is the electronics workshop which happen. And IEEE Workshops takes place most of the Saturdays.
Fee Structure And Facilities
It's comparitively cheap compared to other colleges. Cet fees will be around 80-90k. Cet fees can reduce depending in the cast and categories. Management fees will be around 3-4l depending on the department you wanna join.
Fees and Financial Aid
College provides scholarship for students who have come under the reservation during admission process. Cash prizes will be given to people who have scored first class distinction in the university exams.
Campus Life
They are many competition based events which happen in college. They are helpful. Labs are maintained in good condition and I would like to tell they are the best labs you will find in a college. there's a sports department where you can participate in sports .
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facilities are pretty good. They maintain the hostel premises neatly. Three people in a room. Breakfast lunch and dinner will be provided in the college canteen and the food truck. Girls hostel is 2k away from clg campus and bus facilities are there to clg every morning and evening.
Alumni/Alumna
College calls their alumini now and then to give speeches which are really helpfull to motivate the students. The seniors are pretty helpfull in guiding us through various projects. No ragging in college and very frndly.
Faculty
They are pretty good and most of them have the knowledge of their subjects thoroughly. Many teachers pursuing Phd teach the students. Teachers create their PPT and deliver their lectures. They train you for various competition too.
