College Review

Every thing was good beside the hostel facilities, especially for 1st and 3rd year hostel. I have already mentioned about the hostel. Beside this the place is too hot in summer. And they only have celling fan in the hostels.

The cource curriculum was well defined except for some laboratory cource. In my opinion a bit of more preferance should be given to practical things rather than theoretical one. Exam structure was , 3 exam per semester. First mid, 2nd mid than end term. Total of 24 exams in 8 semester.

Placements was quite impressing. Out of total 620 eligible, 560 got placed. Highest package being 32 LPA and Minimum package being 5 LPA. No my college doesn't provide internship opportunities but they the faculty helps for getting it.

The events were, MST tournament, Sphinix cultural event, Holi bash, Dandiya Night, Diwali celebration, Convocation ceremony, Sports day,farewell ring ceremony, Teachers day, Independence day etc. MST is Malaviya sports Tournament. Its an anual event for sport like volleyball, basketball, football, Badminton, cricket etc. Sphinix is anual cultural event. Famoush band, singers, dancers came in this.

The fee structure is quite high for general category students. It cost 1 lakhs per year for Tution fee and 23500 per semester for hostel fee including Mess. In my view the fee structure is high for general students .

Yes it offered Various scholarship for poor people. Scholarship being given by TEQUIP and Studen dean cell. The Alumni corpus fund raised from the contribution of Alumni es also provide scholarship for needy one. Besides this there are different scholarship for SC,ST and OBC category students given by Government.

The labs are quite well and well equipped. It has all the equipment and Machines needed for my branch. Others branch too has good labs. It has fully air conditioned computer lab with 250 computers opening 24/7 all days. It has Material research centre which is only research centre in all NITS. It has Badminton court, vollyball,basketball, football and cricket ground. Jim buinding. Table tenis and long tennis court.

We have different hostel in each year. 1st year and 2nd year hostel are below average while 2nd and 4th year hostel are quite good. The 1st and 3rd year hostel is has small room and is madr of Stone. You will fell to hot over there. While the 2nd and 4th year hostel is new building having good infrastructure.

Yes. It has a strong alumni network. MNIT JAA, the alumni association of MNIT has good role for the college placements. The college provides Alumni cards to Alumni and celebrate anual Alumni day where alumni of different batch came together to celebrate in their college.

Faculty was really inspiring, dedicated and lovable. They really knew the way to teach students. They always inspire students for new things which are out of cource but yet important like learning designing software as Autocad, Inventor etc.
