My college

The college is good but lacks some of the specialised training aids currently but will be soon added to the infrastructure like the swimming pool the ship bridge room simulator .gym room is not that good but soon it will be developed as administration told

Its not just course its a course cum training. U will be trained for ships, a disciplined life , the course comprise of subjects like navigation, ship stability, meteorology, naval architecture etc. The entrance exam consists of 100 questions one mark each with no mageti e marking including physica, chemistry, math, gk, aptitude.

Job and placement opportunities are there for the guys who do effort as ours is the first batch of this course otherwise in other courses in the college thwre is quite good placement records. In my natch also hopefully there will ne good placement.

There are extra curricular activities to happening so as to build up a good personality among the students as they are going to be the officers and will represent India. At various levels . The foundation day is celebrated, sports tournament and many other.

Fee is quite feasible as compared to the probate colleges. The whole course will be within 7 lakhs including the hostel, food, uniform,books, notebooks, uniform washing, swimming, etc. The fee is comfortable as per the course requirements.

Since it is a govt college there are various state government providing scholarship on basis of your marks, and in many states your category also. Whereas in University there is a performance based reward also. Whoch is given to 32 students every semester rank one gets 1 lakh . Next 15 get 75k and rest of them get 50k. And bank also provides loan easily

There are various sports activities . The college campus is with a gfootball ground also used as cricket geould a good synthetic volleyball court ,a basketball court ,a basketball court and a table tennis table,There extra curricular activities to happening so as to build up a good personality among the students as they are going to be the officers and will represent India. The alumni network is not that established as the college is not too old its just started its development. Whereas the seniors are good vwry helping and work as a role model for the Juniors . There is no ragging even happened only a healthy introduction with the juniors.

Faculty staff of the college is quite good , as we have a dedicated team of faculties giving keen attention towards the students. So there are 2 wardens as the course is residential so a good hostel is there.
