As I told you all positive things about my college so telling about negative things presently aot of construction is going on in college which I don't like and upcoming batches will enjoy the facilities and the location of the college is not good considering the people and area outside college but one good thing is metro is in 1 km range so it's an advantage. So anyways college life is going good and the college atmosphere here is amazing as I'm working on something crazy and people are encouraging and supportive here
Course Curriculum Overview
Exam structure is different because it doesn't come under VTU affiliation. It's a university In one sem have two CBT ( computer based test) that is considered as internals and then ESA (end semester examination) as final exam
Placement Experience
Yes there are lot of opportunities here especially in internships during summer in 2nd and 3rd year. And placement options are great for CS and EC and decent for other branches. Here companies are segregated in tier 1 ,2 and 3 based on the package they offer i.e 8 and above, 5-8,less than 5
College Events
1. Aatmatrisha - techno fest This is the main event celebrated in college in the month of march 2. Prakalpa- science exhibition Every year this event is conducted and various projects are displayed from all departments and the best project and department is awarded 3.Epsilon - science fest by 1st year student 4. Samarpana run Run with jawans. Basically a half marathon event. All the amount collected will go for martyrs family
Fee Structure And Facilities
If you are coming through CET then fee will be around 1 lakh per year And through PESSAT exam then fee will be 3 -3.5 lakh per year Because this is one of the top colleges in Bangalore so its kind of expensive
Fees and Financial Aid
There are many scholarships in college like MRD scholarship CNR scholarship for top 20% of students in each sem in in every department Basically 20% of your fee will be given as scholarship if you are in the top 20% in your department
Campus Life
Sports meet is conducted for students and for faculties also colleges across country come here to participate and various events are organised like cricket basketball, football, badminton , chess, table tennis etc and every Tuesday they conduct some event it is called as extended week day
Alumni/Alumna
Yes they conduct alumni meet and we get in touch then apart for that social media is there anyways. Seniors are always helpful and guide you the right way though some of them are pursuing MS in US and European Universities
Faculty
I am in mechanical engineering department and according to me faculty and teaching experience is good here having some doctorate professors in core subjects will help a lot and associate/assistant professors will help to guide you in your project.
