Course Curriculum Overview

Curriculum is modified every four years. So it always remains relatable to the industry needs. Teaching methods are very conventional but teachers are well versed in their domain. Exams are structured in such a way that failing is your choice. And we have tests every month.

Class Size: 52Course Fees: INR 150000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The course fees is around 150000 per year for students and then there are sc st have separate fees structure and there is also management quota for this College they have to pay separate donation for this

Campus Life

We have culturals and fest happening all around the year but the culturals are limited and very restricted sadly. Various clubs and associations actively function in the campus and each of them have their signature events happeneing every year. Sports is excellent. A very vast sports facility is well maintained.

Admission

There are two ways to get into the college. Through anna university counselling or through managaement seat. For the first way,you have to apply through anna university portel and it has its own procedure that spans over a month. For the latter, contact the college directly and proceed with the process. But for both you will need decent marks or recommendation in case of management entry. Fees structure are different.

Faculty

The faculty members are really friendly with the students they organise many webinars and session's for student's they not just take class also they motivate the students they are best in teaching every faculty have more than 5 years experience

Night Life

Canteen is decent. Girls hostel is pretty strict. We have procedures to leave home. Everyday biometric attendance is compulsory. In hostel facilities like gym,library etc is available. Food in hostel is above average. The locality has ample hangout options and comparatively safe.

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

1.) Placement begins from the pre-final year and we are allowed to apply for companies from the final year. 2.) Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Along with core biotech companies, many IT companies are also hiring students at a very decent package. 4.) I plan to pursue a master's after this course.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.

From final year students and 3rd-year students eligible for attending the campus placements in this campus so many companies are there like Wipro, wheels India, so many IT companies in this average package starting as 18000 to 40000 students should have a minimum percentage of 6.80cgpa eligible for placement I completed the degree I got a placement on IT company.

Psg college of technology real experience

I had applied psg,cit,thapar I got confirmed from these three but the main reason I choose psg is course curriculum and the internship it will help you to gain good knowledge and place in good company so comparing other colleges psg is better The admission process of my course there is 4 courses of 5years integrated msc (ds,cs,ss,tcs ) To join in these there are 3rounds 1.12th percentage 2.entrance exam. 3.interview Your 12th score is must be more than 85 The entrance exam is based on 11th and 12th mathmatics And the interview has some technical questions and mathmatics Iam not feared about 1st and 2nd round because my 12th score is very good and Iam well in mathmatics but the 3rd interview round was very good experience for me I had a good chance to prove my skills I had little fear after completing I got 3rd position in the entrance exam Finally it was a great experience for me...Read More
