I will be writing about the inner story of my college

Overall the institute is good if you are going for studies. Institute supports it's students for every project they want to undertake. I was a mechanical engineering student and participated in various national level competitions like SAE-BAJA, EFFUCYCLE, etc. To name a few. The faculty was very supportive.

Course curriculum is somewhat average. You learn a lot about current trends and past trends. Exam structure is somewhat unpredictable for some subjects but predictable overall for common subjects. As the institute is affiliated with kurukshetra University, you can expect some backlogs but AICTE has made a common syllabus for engineering institutes all over India, so this problem will be solved in future.

Job opportunities for CSE and IT are extremely good. Almost all of 2019 passing out batch of 2019 is placed of these departments. But placements for other departments is extremely poor. You shouldn't expect any core companies to offer you campus placements. But many opportunities for Business Development Executive posts.

Our college mainly celebrats it's annual fest which is called 'Enchante'. The college is in a good mood for the fest days. The fest takes place in the last week of March every year. There are a number of events from literary to fashion show. Almost everything is there.

The fees structure is somewhat feasible at 84000 rupees as annual fees. But if you are from reserved category then you can apply for different scholarships and loan schemes that will help you a lot in sorting your finances.

There are many good scholarship and loan options for reserved candidates as I mentioned earlier. But if you are from unreserved category then don't expect to find any option for yourself. There is a loan scheme where you need to pay your college fee once you get a job.

The institute focuses on extracurricular activities. Almost everyday an extracurricular activity is organised by one of the 30 Collegiate clubs. Labs are good with sufficient equipment to support and enhance your knowledge. You can also do experiments by your own after seeking permission from Director of the institute. Taking permission is easy.

Hostel infrastructure is good but hostel is a little bit expensive at 30K annual fee + 2K monthly mess fee. You won't be allowed to use any electrical equipment. The timings for hostels are extremely tight and you won't be allowed to stay in hostel during college hours.

The seniors are extremely helpful but don't expect to meet your alumni but institute is working on creating a good alumni network so you can expect some alumni meets in coming years. Also there was an alumni meet in 2018 where the alumni shared some valuable knowledge and tips.

The faculty is good and have knowledge of their respective fields. You can expect some good internals and good placements if you are liked by teachers. HOD's are extremely helpful and understanding specially mechanical engineering department HOD.
