Course Curriculum Overview

5

Because in terms of relevance and comprehensiveness is pretty good I could say. There are two courses in college uwl and IGNOU. People say that you uwl is tough but it's not to be honest. The timings are a bit weird 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. but you get the experience of hospitality in college which I love the most.

Fees and Financial Aid

Great college for hospitality and especially for hospitality management, proper discipline knowledge, punctuality everything is taught from start. To be the proper hotelier and best in work or in field.

Campus Life

5

The campus life is good, you get clubs to join in like cultural club, kitchen club, fnb club, if you love social media then golden army club. And there are many events in the college happening every year like food fest, the biggest event in colleges is YCO young chef Olympiad, where kids from different hospitality colleges around the world come to Bangalore for taking part in this Olympiad and they win a golden plate a silver plate or a bronze plate

Admission

I choose this college because it's one of the top in hospitality management studies, top dedicated classrooms for kitchen, food and beverage, housekeeping and every hospitality aspect possible. The admission process goes like you give an online exam named as E-CHAT, if you passing that you are taken for a personal interview, an online induction, on the basis of personal interview your selection is done you receive a selection letter and you go to the college that's it.

Faculty

5

I haven't give an exams yet the exams are coming up soon. But as per seniors the exams are pretty good formatted, small concessions given to dyslexic students, very helpful while exams are coming up everything is given in trial basis so that you are ready for the exam.

Night Life

5

The nightlife is ok ok, because of living is high, The accommodation is not to lie but it is very high. Things needed for accommodation are kind of costly. But best experience with your PG mates hi friends to hangout. There is metro there is bus station and what not.

Placement Experience:

From final year the students can apply for the placements. At least 60% should be there to be eligible for the placement. Many companies provides placements in this college like infosys, Accenture, Mahindra and many more. The average package as per the company is 200000 per annum and the highest package is 700000 per annum. My plans after getting the degree is to go to abroad for my post graduate.

Placement Experience:

Usually there are placements in our college. If any student does not get a placement the faculty guide us what we can do next like the companies in which we can apply and how we can go further. In my course after finishing the bachelors degree you can further study masters it is available in our college itself or yoj can aplly for companies but if you do your masters you have a better opportunity and high posts for you better career. The course is of 8 semester you become eligible for campus placements in 7th semester. The last year that is seventh and eighth semester is basically practical and lot of projects provided. There various companies are seniors have applied and offered for example the genetic company in Bangalore that is Med gen. The highest package offered is 50000 and the average starts from 25000 placements in college. There is 75 percentage of students getting placements from our college. My plans after getting the degree is to go for further studies and do the masters after that i would like to do job along with my phd, this is my plan after getting my bachelors degree.

Placement Experience:

Most of the students after completing four years, continue to stay here to get Masters degree after one more year and pursue PhD from world renowned institutions. Very few people (<7/100) per batch will sit for campus placements and most of them will be selected with a good annual package of 30000 at an average. Some students, mostly Physocs majors can give government exams like ICRB, GATE to join ISRO and BARC as scientists

Qualification is good and the teaching method like some lectures is good. Term exams will be after 6 months from starting of sem and it's not as difficult as pu or 10th exams we can easily pass them.
