- Our College having a strong side in every perspective that a student needs in the college. The points such as placements, libraries, strong infrastructure, canteens, sports facilities, friendly faculties and many more
- They strongly believes in the academics. The college having great infrastructure amenities such as libraries, canteens, gardens, auditorium,etc.
- But the college takes a lot of efforts for the students career needs and they gave the best for our placements.
Dislikes
- Some of the things i disliked in our college was the restricting the student's entry if the students forgot to bring their Id's.
- In the reading halls librarian's not allows the students to discuss
- And also college comprimises with the student's gathering events
Course Curriculum Overview
During my curriculum I never felt that these subjects are not relevant to be a good software enginer, In 12 std I have taken IT subject in from which I was influenced to be a computer engineer. And now I do not feel regret on my decision. The subjects such as oops, dbms, cns, os, ml, ds wtl where the most important subjects in my curriculam for getting a good job. Their some of the improvements that I think need to be implemented by the university affiliated colleges the subjects that are common for the FE's are not requires to be there they can add better subjects that are relevent to the course for which the student has opted,
Internships Opportunities
The internships offered by the companies to the students in their third year mainly. Some of them are infosys, tcs, qspyder, wipro, barclays,etc. I have done the internship in barclays in which i was working on the data stores of the clients.
Placement Experience
From the seventh students become eligible for the placements. Some of the companies that mostly visits in or college are tcs, wipro, cognizant, accenture, infosys and many more. The highest package was offered by barclays was 13 LPA for the SE role. The average package of our college is 7LPA and they mostly offers the roles such as SDE, SE, TA, BA, etc. Around 70% of the students able to get the placements in the previous year. Currenly after I become graduate I am working as a DA in roadway's solutions pvt ltd.
Fees and Financial Aid
As I was for Reserved Category (SC) I was paying the course fees 4000 Rs only. But for the regular students they need to pay 62000 Rs only for the course fees which is the highest. And for the students belong's to NT need to pay 13000 Rs only. Their lots of scholarship schemes which students can apply on the mahadbt portal. Some of the schemes are mentioned below: 1) SC- Government India Post Matric Scholarship, 2) Open- Punjabrao Deshmukh Scholarship for the hostel fees.
Campus Life
My college experience is overall best about this college. The technical fests such as medha is the best cultural fest which I have ever seen. Except this also lot of events organized by the students in the college clubs such as IEEE, CSI, ME, NSS which are the most active clubs in our college. The college having library which containing all the books that a students need to improve knowledge. The college also provied the facilities in the classrooms such as projectors, benches and a pc for the faculties. College also provides the facilties for the sports such as the sports accessories and the grounds
Admission
I have applied for various colleges such as coep, pict, vjti, vit, walchand and sinhgad but because of least score in cet I got rejected. So I have applied for the colleges that were in my cutoff such as amrut vahini, sanjivani, kk wagh, and pvg nashik but i have opted for amrut vahini on the top from these colleges because amrut vahini gives me better options over the placement opportunities. admission process is simple. The college consider the students eligibilty by considering their cet and jee scores. After shorlisting you need reach the college for freezing the admission by submitting all the documents. Cutoff for my catrgory students was 70 percentile.
Faculty
There are total 60 faculty members in our college, whereas count of the students is 1000. The college time is between 8 am to 4 pm. But even this much time do nt becomes boring as the teachers makes each lecture so communicative, The teachers here are so friendly that they supports us in any situation. The name of some of the faculties that I like the most are Jadhav Sir and Sharma Ma'am who supported me in my difficult times and because of them only I was able to take a good placement. And their are no such faculties that I hate. In total we complete the BE course in 4 years where in each year we having 2 semesters. Each Semester contains two exams such as insem and endsem exams. Bothe exmas are too easy for those who stundents who wants to be a successful engineer. And these exams most of the studenst passes successfully.
Night Life
I our campus we do have the spots where we can hangout such as the gym, cafeteria, library and a big green lawn. Also the late night activities takes place in the lawn areas. The famour one is the lawn only.
