The Real Experience at BRCM CET

Aspects of the curriculum that influenced my decision to choose this course are as follows :- 1) Passionate about knowing different Computer terminologies..since i am doing Coding from 11th so before i came to the college i was aware that Coding enhance your memory power,strengthen your mind and develop a strong mindset. 2)I choose BTech Cse branch because of high packaging jobs,Competitiveness,Skills You have after completion of course..and other things.. I think curriculum prepares us very well i believe it teaches us to take our responsibility first , it teaches us how believing yourself plays a very crucial factor in ones life, it teaches how mindset of one person decides that how big they r going to achieve in their life respectively,Many other things are there but ya it fully prepares you for real world applications or further academic pursuits. Somehwehere i think colleges should primarily focus on that skills that will provide us job..because for jobs you should just know a specific skill and have good knowledge of 3-4 core subjects like Computer Networks, DBMS,Operating System etc..Colleges are into doing assignments, practicals of the subjects with 0 benefits and as a college student u didn't get efficient time for studies or preparation untils its holiday. Sessional exams are of 1.5 hrs and end semester exam is of 3 hrs..end sem exam are difficult and Sessionals are easy..for end semester exam there are also probability of coming easy questions for some subjects and on the other hand also probability of coming very tough question for some subjects. and few core subjects

Yearly fees for Btech student is 90000(45000 per semester)for the students who came through the ngo's like we came through Career Udaan.Mentioning fee structure semester wise where charges include for Tuition fees,Hostel and Mess charges,Book bank,D.fee,College other charges and univerty dues are 1100,32500,500,6700 and 2300 respectively.Other than that the students who take direct admission they pay aproax 150000 yearly.Yes they are increasing fees for upcoming freshers and they are promising that maybe from next year no students will be taken from ngo's and all...lastly for girls there are certain schorlarship based on their rank of class that if they stood first or is in top 10 they r supposed to give certain range of schorlarship in their semester fees overall.

Annual festival or function is held only once in our college talking about technical festivals Engineerings day(September) is celebrated and different hackathons and coding test are organized by students only not in specific month but yes organized randomly...there is only one Library in our college which is not too big but is maintained and has 1000's books talking about accessibility if you are student of BRCM CET you will be provided Library card through which you can access different book but only 1 book at a time for 1-2 weeks and the book requires for syllabus purpose are provided by Library only if and only if your full current semester fees is clear...the facilities provided in our class room is not means there is no smart claas and no AC simple 3-4 fans for one classroom table and chairs are there and capacity of one classroom depends on that classroom means in our college different sized classroom are there talking about average capacity is nearabout 60-70 but in computer labs AC and smart class facilities has been provided...talking about sports facilities All the things will be provided if college will see any result, if you will go for intercollege games organized in MDU University Rohtak as it is affiliated with it,no financial support will be provided ,equipment will be provided but jerseys ,shoes this type of necessities is yours responsibility..as college students are very less there is no one to play in basketball court,cricketer ground,football ground and other sports but you will get the balls if you go and ask it from sports incharge...no student clubs are there means no students run any social groups,clubs or student portals.

Actually i was looking for low budget college as i belong to lower class family...and i finded colleges with course fees approax 7.5 lakh for 4 years which is minimum range what i looked for..like thers is cgc landran and many more colleges.The reason why i choosen this college is the ngo called career udaan make my father convince to send your child to this particular college and we will make sure your child will get a good placement and financial problem was there so i can say that our situation brings me here.From no other college i got rejected i was just checking colleges for very low budget least amount i find with my interest is cgc landran.My college simply ask you for aadhar card,10th and 12th certificate,entrance exam certificate, migration certificate,handicapped students are not allowed,Father's aadhar card,there is no entrance exam for this college , just come with the documents asked and you will get the admission .My admission experience was quite decent means just reached nearest station they send the college car to bring us college after i reached college they provide a guest room for the night stay and the next morning i woked up had my breakfast from mess and asked HOD where to come for admission he told me come directly to college and simply he asked me for documents which i gave and maked me fill their requirements and send pending money of 1st sem. ya most importantly you have to pay 10000 before admission just for confirmation that you are going to take admission.

COverall 500 students are there in BRCM CET with approax 50 teachers(including all 4 branches students and teachers). Relationship with students are good , i will say not all teachers but yes few teachers are there who always try to know students and build a healthy relation with them.Teachers just say whatever difficulties you r facing please come to me i will solve them but when you will go they were like act as they r busy or doing someother works so ya in this case teachers are not that approachable. Names of the main faculties that i like are HOD of 1st year Btech cse department-Dr.Jitendra Gaur sir,Exam Coordinator head-Mr Amit Ranjan sir,Asistant Professor-Mrs Suruchi ma'am,HOD of Electrical department-Dr Vivek Kumar,HOD 2nd year Onward CSE Department-Dr Dinesh Kumar.I like them because the reason is simple that because of their abilities, personality and teaching skills.I didn't like the placement and cell faculty because they are unable to provide a single placement from our college. College conducts 2 sesional exam in one semester and these exams are easy and on the basis of these exam marks, internal marks of the students are decided and in end of the semester our University organize end sem examination for which i think to pass only u have to do efforts from your end then only you can University exam.Many of the students fail in University exam unable to clear all the subjects.Course is quite relevant there are 4 units in each subject and depends on the subject that how big each units are.You have to study in full depth to achieve good marks or Cgpa.

There is only one gym in our college and timing of opening-closing is 5am-7pm,there is no cafeterias only one canteen is there and peoples go there to sit and talk and have some snacks throughout the day..libraries are open at college timing means 9am-5pm including Saturday..My current favorite spot is gym and i used to go regularly to stay fit and fine..Hostel in timing is before 9pm and campus in timing is also before 9pm..Famous hangout places are not such but yaa people hangout near canteens , helipad ground.outside college i have mentioned before also there such great for hanging out outside the college ,there is only one bahal market where you can go and eat and buy your necessities..
