Remarks

The college is very well maintained and there are no issues of ragging and stuff. The seniors, the teachers and all of the staff is helpful but yes the infrastructure might disappoint you a little because we don't have much space as other institutes to build larger playgrounds and lawns. We have a single fairly large ground for all of our needs.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

The course is somewhat out of date for the first year but yes being an Information technology student we have to do everything on our own. College is for guidance and research work and also the mathematics they teach is of utmost importance.

Placement Experience

4

The highest packages that are provided range somewhere near 12lpa whereas to get internships there are many College societies that will help you out with the same. If you are a hard working student then there are many of campus opportunities where you can get packages as good as 25lpa and the college's placement cell helps you with the same .

College Events

3

There are not many events celebrated here. There is this annual fest organised in January every year for 3-4 days but honestly you will not enjoy as much as you enjoy in other colleges. Basically this is an academic focused college that pays more attention towards the welfare of students academically rather than culturally. But yes societies do conduct competitions time to time that are really intriguing to participate and win.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees structure is somewhat similar to other IPU colleges. I am giving information about engineering colleges. The fees for the first year is rupees 1,15,800 and for the next 3 years is rupees 1,10,800.

Fees and Financial Aid

I do not know about any scholarship or loan facility provided by the college. But I think there is some facility available for the economically weaker sections that can be investigated at the office of the college.

Campus Life

3.5

The labs are really well maintained but there is no focus on sports or other extra curricular activities. The institute mainly focusses on academic areas hence labs are an inseperable part but you need to join the societies made by the students for sports or other activities.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes there is no doubt the alumnis and the seniors are very helpful. They are mostly there for your help and if they are busy they do give the time for us to connect to them. They also promote the tradition to help the juniors and hence we are literally asked to help our juniors in the future.

Faculty

4.5

The faculty is decently good. The mathematics teachers are amazing but yes we do face difficulties in electronics teachers atleast in the first year. But yes if someone wants to do some research work or publish some papers then there are many teachers that will help you out and yes honestly they all are very helping in nature.

Placement Experience:

Placements at my college are average, students become eligible from around the 5th semester. A few companies visit for recruitment, offering roles in entry level positions. The average package is moderate, while higher package are limited. Around 70 to 80% of students get placed. I plan to focus on skill development and explore better opportunities after completing my degree.

The placements of MAIT are decent as compared to market conditions. But the data shown on website or availble at various platforms is not the reality. The mass chunk of students who get a job are placed under and around 6LPA package.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is very relevant as it contains useful concepts which a management student should know. And the concepts are very comprehensive and easy to understand. Examples are given in the curriculum which prepares us for the real world. Some teachers use the presentation based teaching which is good and should be encouraged. The exams are not that difficult for one who is atleast decent in studies.

Placement Experience:

Placements are available in college, the drive is quite extensive, everyone is made aware of the choices and options and counselling is present too. It is from the third year, students are eligible to apply for placements. Companies and organisations take part such as Niti ayog, Times, Geostrata, Prajatantra foundation, etc. Those who desire usually work on their CVs, keep on doi internships and then get a placement. The packages are not that impressive to be honest.

The course offers many things for students interms of their further academic pursuits or any placement they are looking for. Talking about the areas of improvement and teaching methods there are none. The exams of the respective subject are to happen. They take test 1 , test 2 and there is final exams.

I got a seat in Ramjas College. It is a north-campus college. The infrastructure is too good compared to the remaining colleges. The teaching also going well but I faced some language problems. I'm from south India so I don't understand Hindi properly. But here mostly they teach in Hindi only and English is used very rarely.
