Reviewing SDMCET

All in all its a good college with good studying environment and nice placement opportunities. I like my college. If college provides some internship opportunities we would be happier. Also I think the amount of space our college have they are making proper use of it.

Course carriculum is quite good ,it offers almost same subjects as Cse branch but focuses more on software side, which is good only. Exam patterns are like :- 3 internals 2 among them are valued and 1 end semester exam. College is autonomous college so all exam activities are monitored by college itself.

About placement : Companies visit our college from 7th semester till 8th semester . We get good placement opportunities as mang numbers of companies visit our college and we are also open to pool campus fashion of recruitment. About internships:It's a backdrop of college as it provides very few to none internship opportunities.

We have 2 main events Fiesta and Insignia(one or the other celebrity is invited for sure) in odd and even semester respectively in addition to this we have many smaller events like group day,ethnic day,tie and saree day, in fun week and many more.

Well feasibility or expansiveness depends on mode of admission, if someone is from COMEDK quota the its petty expensive (for core branches 190k) but if you take admission through CET quota its feasible(60k -70k).

I don't know the details but college offers scholarships for students admitted through CET quota . The college do not provide any loan facilities according to my knowledge. But college accepts loan payments.

Labs are good for all departments as we have more then enough space, equipment, faculties for labs. For sports we have a big common ground and we also have basketball court , adding to that we have have sports room in college , mess and hostels. We also have gym facilities for girls and boys both.

Infrastructure is quite good. Facilities are also good ,but I would be lying if I say food is good. Taking about food the quality of food is fine but being a north Indian i have major issues with taste.

Well not much but few a times some alumni visit our college and take some seminars which is quite helpful. Seniors are helpful and provides hands whenever needed , placed seniors do some talks and help us to face interviews.

Most of the faculties are good and highly educated, quite helpful and supporting in nature ,ready to healp and provide proper guidance and mentoring when required. They also help us in projects as mentors. Always motivating and supporting.
