The specific aspects for me to choose this course in SRM is their curriculum, they framed that with focusing on each and every nook and corner. The way they framed is very impressive they've included each and every technolgy that are grooming very fast in todays world especially Semiconductor industry. They are focusing very much on the lab oriented training that helps us with hands on experience. these things forced me to choose this particular course in this college. This curriculum mainly helps us to improve ourselves to stand alone in the competitive world offering the chance to learn each and every concept orirnted learning and that helps us to learn and implement the real world applications. The areas they should improve and show concerns are the time they are offering us for the lab based learning, we are having many free times in our time table, if they correct this and include some more slots for the lab it'll be helpful for us. there is no problem with the frequency and timing of the exams because they are giving us enough time to prepare for the exams in my point of view and if you continuously stick with the studies you will not face any difficulties to clear that.

Companies offering interships are Amazon, valeo, royal enfield, value labs, paypal, deloitte etc.,. these are some companies that are offering stipened for internships. They also offers GET during placements and we can get regular placement after the intern period. We'll be having mini projects each and every semesters and a mini major project in 7th semester and an final major project in 8th semester which will be helpful in gettinng us with interships.

The Campus placementsis the big plus for the institution. From the end of 6th semester the students are eligible ti apply for the placements and the top recruiters visiting the campus for placements are Micrrsoft, Infosys, amazon, accenture, Oracle, Barclays, capgemini, TCS, Paypal etc.,. In the academic year 2024 a total number of 980 companies were visited the campus and offered around 5,546 offers to the students and the highest package was 52lpa and the average package stood at 7.19lpa. A student names Srinivasa.M from B.tech CSE department recieved this marquee offer of 52 lpa from DEshaw and CO. Each and every year about 85 to 90 percent of students have got placed in the campus placements. I'm also planning to appear for campus placements after my completion of degree.

I'm paying Rs.2.5lakhs per year only for my tution fees for the total four years the fees will be around Rs.10lakhs. The tution fees total is exactly Rs.10lakhs which will be divided into four and paid annually Rs.2.5lakhs, Other than this no caution fees, will be paying 10,000 as the registration fees on the admission process and I did'nt pay any admission fees, development fees, lab fees and other kinda fees. But we'll have to pay semester exam fees before every semester exams which will vary for every semesters, which will be calculated on the basis of the total number of papers ur having around. There are some students admitted through sports quota and they'll not pay any kinda fees including the hostel fees. Our college is specially known for its event organization each and every month we'll have a minimum of two to three events happening in our college, two of the best events where AARUSH and MILAN. Aarush is one of the largest national level technical fest organized by the team aarush and our institution specially for the technical side of the students with a whooping prize money of around 12 to 15lakhs. It'll be happening in the odd sem of the academic year and the other one is MILAN where we'll have the best and happy days of the academic year which will happen for four long days with having concerts of famous celebrities from across the world every day of the four day event and Lots of sports competitions and literary competitions will be oraganized with prize money of around 9 to 10 lakhs. Our classrooms and laborataries were fully air contitioned and the buildings will have lifts from top to bottom of the floors and now even they are implementing escalators in some buildings. we'll have smart board in each and every classroom and we are fully on the side of digital education system and we don't have any physical textbooks so we can easily access every source of materials from wherever from the earth and each and every details of our academics will only be accessed through internet so the loss of any important things in our academics will be prevented. SRM also well known for its sports, it has great teams shining all over the world for different sports. Sports players were encouraged with special scholarships also. We have many student run groups and clubs which will give us chances to showcase our talent to the world ex: ROBOCON, SRMAUV etc.,. we've Directorate of student affairs in our college which helps us in many ways greatly with the welfare of the students.

The thing was I've applied only for SRM and I've got admission here, so I've not applied for other colleges. But the reason to choose this college obviously it's one of the top ranked institute in India with an NIRF ranking of 13 in the whole country and it is accreditated by NAAC with a highest rank of A++ which most of the other colleges does'nt have. And the name our Institution around the country is a known thing for me to select this college to do my degree here. The placements alse pretty good comparing to other institutions. I did'nt get any rejection because I've only applied for SRM and have got the admission here. The first thing to do to get admission in SRM is to register for entrance exam they are conducting each year for admission and to write it. stratagized learning and being consistent on the process will help you to crack the entrance like many of the students doing each and every year. after clearing this entrance you'll be called for the counselling and after that you'll be paying the registration fees to confirm the seat of rs.10000. They also consider some competitive exams like JEE but Ig you should write SRMJEEE for admission in SRM. The eligiblility is to score the required marks in your higher secondary level school for appearing SRMJEEE. and overall the admission process for me is very good in my POV.

the faculty to student ratio is around 1:55 or about 1:60 in some cases. the relationship between the students and the faculty is very good, they'll help you in many ways both academically and personally, we can approach the faculties easily while they're free without any works. In my 2.5 years of college life in SRM university, My favourite faculty is Dr. Prasanna, he is a Assistant professor in electronics and communication engineering department. He took Microprocessor and Microcontroller Interfacing Theory in the last semester for us, apart from teaching subjects he taught us how to improve ourselves in this competitive world, he helped us in our project works by giving his valuable suggestions like how can we improve that from one stage to other he helped us to prepare an research paper unlike other faculties in that subject. the faculties I've been crossing from the start of the semester, all were good, I like everyone cause in my POV everyone gave their best of themselves to improve us. The general weightage for internal component is 60 and external which is the university exam is 40. Generally for internals we'll have 3 cycle tests with a decent interval of time. Each CLAT's will've 20 marks, so totally 60. if we cop up with the studies continuously from the beginnig of the course it'll be very easy for us to get good marks in these CLAT's without any stress. If we score good marks in internals we don't have to take pressure because the pass percentage of the course is only 50, so it'll be very easy to clear paper without any tension or else it'll be some what headache for you. And the curriculum is very well framed and relevant to the course.

Here we have Gym, Swimming pools to unwind after a day of classes and now talking about library it's one of the biggest flex in our college, our library is an four floor high class library with fully air conditioned area and massive numbers and different kinds of books are available for the knowledge gainging purpose charging ports will be provided there to recharge ur phones and laptop batterys. The usage of laptops and phones are allowed inside the library with college unlimited wifi where you can only access that with ur college mail credentials. The tresspassers will be strictly banned for entering into the library and they've got a great security system for that. generally the college time will be morning 8a.m to 5p.m which will vary according to your timetable. Also we've food street with quality foods and also the college canteens. we also having an high class cafe called slice of life inside the campus. And outside college we've many hangout spots including gaming centres.
