Course Curriculum Overview

The course i chose b.com programme was a course of commerce and modules of b.com programme was excellent and if i speak in terms of teaching methods classes are held on like saturday and sunday so everybody can come after doing their chores

Class Size: 35Course Fees: INR 4200 per year

Placement Experience

Placements are provided in school of open learning their is a seperate placement cell for that and you will get message on your mail and phone number regarding if any placement is going to be held in your campus on direct recruitment

Fees and Financial Aid

For per semester it is approx 4200 and like 8400 per year according to your course and you can available several benefits like library and transportation passes that can be availed after a short survey verification

Campus Life

My overall experience with school of open learning was damn good as i expected it was surprisingly shock with some things like library , a good maintained hygiene canteen and proper staff to guide you well for your course

Admission

I chose this college after comparing to many good colleges two types of colleges are available one is distance learning and other one is regular in distance one i can complete degree and also side by side gain some practical experience and in regular i can do side hustle to levelup my overall profile

Faculty

So currently CBCS SYSTEM is there like exams will held 2 times per year and you will get your books raw material like 2 months prior to the exams and fee structure of courses are also kinda reasonable so everybody can afford it

Interview Experience

No I didn't gave any exams to get into school of open learning as it is based on direct admission process what I did was prepared all my documents for admission and sign up online with university portal

Night Life

The nightlife around campus is actually good you will fond some good cafes restaurents parks and gaming parlour in realx and enjoy some time with your friends also you will find small food carts to explore in your nearby area

Shyam lal college not on my wishlist

Course Curriculum Overview:

Well i choose this course because I didn't got what I wanted. Many students are from arts background who got this course because they had no option. The curriculum is same as school all chapters and everything. The law section is new. About buisness and law and everything. Rest is same. Changes in curriculum is not in their hands. But if they could actually change the accounting syllabus. The timing of exams is normal 2:30 to 6:30. And internal test taken by perspective teacher are according to their time and class. They will take retest incase you didn't attended.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is very interesting & it teaches you a lot about the entrepreneurship. Specially in the field of commerce it gives you the right information and exposure to the real world. Subjects like Corporate law , business law , Cost accounting and etc teaches you a lot about practicality.

Underrated College- An honest opinion

Course Curriculum Overview:

I really was interested in finance and taxation from the beginning. This course aligned rightly with my interests. The curriculum is based on real world applications. Corporate accounting, financial accounting, company law, human resource management, these are very important considering change in the job market and business world. Not only real world applications but one can also go for further academic pursuit such as a master's degree and research. This makes the curriculum really diverse. Some areas of suggestions would be that in theory subjects there should be practical activities. Just like vestibular training. The time of exams is just right. After the completion of syllabus of a particular subject, we are given 10 days of preparation leave. The exams are moderate and it really tests our ability and knowledge based on our studies.

All about SRCC life, exposure, placements, faculty and my experience

Placement Experience:

For placements fifth semester student are eligible for placements. Since it is best commerce college. Companies like big 4, google, bank of America, Goldman Sachs, bcg, bain and co., Sbi, paytm, meesho and many more comes. The highest package was 36 LPA this year from meesho for senior analyst roles. Average package is 10 LPA. Most of the placements take place in consulting, marketing, auditing, finance and analyst roles. Around more than 50% of the students get placed. My plan is to take placements in consulting and finance roles after the degree from the college.

The placement is quite good the percentage of students is not same always it changes but only those students with proper knowledge, experience, skills get good placement. There is a proper placement cell for this which is very active. Prepare for government exams (SSC, UPSC, etc.) Go for higher education (PG, B.Ed., MBA, etc.) Enroll in skill-based or professional certification courses outside college

Dyal Singh College: The Good, The Bad and The Confusing

Placement Experience:

The placement of my college is good if you perform well in the process of selection, as I told earlier, the placement cell is pretty active, so you would have a good number of options. I will be naming the good companies that visited my college, they were EY, Deloitte, DE SHAW, TCS, KPMG, etc. Numerous offers were made and I would say over 80% students in my batch got placed in good companies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In open learning management.. they provide hard copy of books tk prepare whole semester and this is a very good thing because those books are covering whole semester in some books only and there is a v good thing I found... At the end of every chapter they provide summaries and mock questions for every chapter to analyse the weakness and strength. the areas for improvements in the Course Curriculum and Teaching Methods--- they should also provide a mock test paper as per the paper model and latest questions or updated topics with to the point topics The difficulty is normal if candidate is completely prepared...

My view regarding my college

Remarks:

Academically you can choose it but if you are looking for some fancy institution with some best infrastructure and fancy canteen I won't suggest you this college. But this college has one of the very best cricket team and one of our student named Mayank dagar is leading Indian National under-19 team. So I think you understand the impact.
