in BCA generally, people focus on the programming language. there you will learn C, C++, JAVA and WEB DEVELOPMENT and yes I will say that is the best place to learn to program there are many experienced faculty (teacher) they help you to increase your performance

College Events

there is in my college arrange many of festival every year. every my college organize freshers party for first years students and there is one another famous event is EDAA past year the singer GURU RANDHAWA Came here at college in EDAA-18 and also many technology-related events organized

Fee Structure And Facilities

In my college fees are increasing as year by year my senior pay 28000 per year I pay 35000 per year my junior pay 37000 and now in 2019 session the fee for BCA is 41000 next will increase the fees but yes it not so much as compared to the facility provided by the college

Fees and Financial Aid

no, I do not apply for education loan but yes I applied for scholarship its very simple goto the portal of up scholarship provide by state government fill the form and submit it into college

Campus Life

first of all, there is no ragging and gender ratio is 55%-45% in male-female labs are so good and I want to go college only because of the lab and our college organized many of sports event like cricket, badminton as so on and in every year college organized robowar event and technotsav event.

senior are help like parents but you have to ask them for help, they will provide all kind of help with good direction

Admission

simply I came here for direct admission then on the gate of college I saw the architecture of college then suddenly a word came from the mouth "wow". and that's the time I decide to take admission it was 19th July of 2017 then go to the reception fill the formalities pay the fee and take admission

Faculty

generally, the faculty is good and also they are very experienced at industries level but I feel that in every year I have to withstand one that type of teacher which have no idea how to teach. otherwise, all things are good in every course and also there are a good teacher for personality development

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose the BCA program because of my interest in software development and web technologies. The curriculum’s focus on core subjects like Java, C++, and Database Management Systems (DBMS) was a major deciding factor, as these are the building blocks for a career in IT. ?The syllabus could be updated more frequently to include emerging technologies like Cloud Computing or AI/ML as core subjects rather than electives. Moving away from traditional rote learning toward more project-based learning would be beneficial. More frequent industry guest lectures would also bridge the gap between academia and corporate life The exam will be I would rate the difficulty as moderate. If you stay consistent with your lab work and internal assignments, the end-semester exams are quite manageable. The technical papers (like Mathematics or Architecture) tend to be the most challenging.

The Good and the Bad about BBD University by a second year student

Placement Experience:

Placement in my college are very very average. I say below average because the placement average package of average 500 students was around 4 lakhs. And there are more than 10,000 students in my college. So the placement is very low. And the highest package for BCA, was around 10,00,000 and engineering around 20,00,000. An MBA was also around 13 to 14 lakhs. So the placement is very bad in my college.

From the 5th sem we eligible for the campus placement, There are various highly-reputed companies that come for the placement such as Microsoft, Paytm, Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini, hcl, etc. Their average package is 2.2 lakh per annum And the highest package is 10 lakh per annum, The average of students for the placement is 80-90%. My plan is to get a good placement from there and to do a job for one or two years after that I will prefer higher education.

This college is overall very good but it needs some improvements

The eligibility criteria for this course in this college is that you can get admission with your 10th and 12th documents. Its admission process is very easy. It's a 3-year course in the computer engineering field with fewer fees and less time. It provides a supportive faculty; they would help you in all ways. Their faculties are very supportive and experienced. This college does not provide any quota because it is a private college, but it's best for your engineering course.
