One of the best college

My college has some of the besy facilities that no college provides. Like the bed seniors, two large playgrounds, well behaved students and so on. But it also has drawbacks in the form of lack of availability of drinking water and proper electricity. Besides some of the teachers are very arrogant and they don't teach properly.

The course curriculum is quite vast as compared to the limited time period of average 4 months. The teachers and students are always under burden to complete the syllabus fast. The exams are taken on semester basis i.e. 2 exams in a year. There are 4 exams - 2 core subjects, 1 generic elective and 1 ability enhancement exam.

The placements are average in my college. Their are somewhat less placements as compared to other north campus colleges. But the college invites reputed companies' officials for the candidates. I have applied for one month and got a stipend of ?4000.

A orientation fest is organised on the first day of college for the students who have came to the college as freshers. Then a annual fest is celebrated every year which is very awesome. The farewell parties of different departments take place in the end.

The fee structure is very feasible and it is around ?1100 per month. The total fees for the year is around ?13750 which includes the examination fees as well. The fees of the college is very less as compared to the private colleges.

I have not yet availed the scholarship in my college but I know the scholarship scheme. It provides scholarships on the basis of cast and religion. No scholarship is provided on financial condition basis.

The labs are in very good condition. Only the computer lab lack the good quality computers and hence students can adjust by sitting together. Many sports activities are promoted in my college and many students apply for the sports .

No there is no hostel facility in my college. However I am living in a pg which is not less than a hostel. The pg infrastructure is awesome and the facilities are all awesome. But the only problem is of the restrictions they pose.

The alumni and the seniors are the best mentors I have ever met. They helped me a lot to complete the admission process and also to pay the regular exam fees. Besides, they are the most committed ones who focus on their studies along with the extra cut work.

I have filled the online form on the delhi university website. After my results were declared, I chose the college as per the cut off list and my percentage. Then I went to the college to complete the admission process by submitting documents and I got the admission after paying fees.

The faculty is good but some of the teachers are very arrogant. All my teachers till now are very sincere and commited to their students. They give their best to complete the syllabus and also help the students in learning better.
