Course Curriculum Overview

There are 6 branches for btech.U can choose any of those common branch.Our college is run under the sedules of bout.Everything is done under bout even the exams.The exams are quite street in this college.There are 8 semesters in 4 years.In every semester u undergo with 2 class test and also practical Vivas.

Placement Experience

There are some companies coming to the college.If u perform good in your btech carrier u can easily the placement.They are not providing 100% placement.if u are a average student then u have to work hard to get placement.there are no internship that college is providing.

College Events

When it comes to events the college do many events and functions.There are functions like freshers and farewell.As well as the college functions techfest and trifest.sports events also occur in college.There are many seminar also taking place.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee is quite high in this college.They are taking 100000 as course fee.if you opted for hostel then fee is 67000.if you opted for college bus then fee is 16000.According to its poor academics the fee is quite high.

Fees and Financial Aid

There are many scholarship for different type of students.Like if u are seduled caste then u have different scholarship.if u are general then there is other scholarship for that.if u are form out of state then u have different scholarship.some criteria are required to eligible for scholarship like 60% in +2 etc.

Alumni/Alumna

I don't know much about alumni because I'm a current student.but there is a alumni group is there which is run by our Ao.Many pass out students came and meet their favourite teachers.Frankly not everybody comes those who got good jobs from college they quite came for alumni visit.

Admission

After 12th I appeared the exam jee main and after that I got my result and rank through which I can apply for a college.Then I applied and select some institutes and then I got this college for my poor rank in jee.Then I get my document verified and admitted in the college.Then you get some documents to sign and after that your admission is done and you can pay your college fee.

Course Curriculum Overview:

For csit the subjects kee changing accroding to the trendy stuffs that are currently going on but it was really hard to keep with that when all your subjects are changed and you have o idea or previous year qs to geta reference from. Exams are conducted continously with no gaps and its not a easy stuff students get lot of stress but still somehow manage.

A Complete Review of KIIT University from a Student's View

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunities at KIIT are quite good, especially for us the CSE students.The eligibility criteria for campus placements starts from 7th semester. Many well-known companies visit the university every year like TATA Consultancy Services , Infosys, Wipro, Accenture and Capgemini.The average package offered is around 6-8 lakhs and highest package offered around per yr avg is 50-60 lakhs.The percentage of students getting placements is around 90% plus in average per yr. After completing my degree, i plan to work in software industry and gain more experience in the field of technology

Placement Experience:

I would rate the placements at my college as 3 out of 5. Students usually become eligible for campus placements from the sixth or seventh semester, and a few well-known companies do visit the campus every year. The placement cell helps with basic training like resume building and interviews, and many students, especially from IT branches, manage to secure jobs. At the same time, the average salary packages are not very high and top roles are limited, so a lot of students also focus on skill development, off-campus opportunities or higher studies after completing their degree

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placement from their 3rd year onwards. It has been only 2-3 months but I have seen several companies arriving at the college, prominent ones being Flipkar,Deloitte, Xerox, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Microsoft, Dell and several others including startups. There is no accurate data on how many offers have been made this year, but there are rumours that more than 95% of the eligible students have got placements. After getting a degree my plans are if I dont land into a satisfying job then I will start my preparation of the military or start a new business.

Placement Experience:

So from 7th semester plcements are starting.Various Tech and Non Tech companies are also coming like TCS ,Accenture, Cognizant, Delloitte, InfoSys, KFinTech, Incture, GyanSys, Iserveu for Tech branches. and PRADAN, Aditya Birla etc for Non tech branches. Students also getting offers from OffCampus like RedHat ,CISCO ,Amazon ,Google. From On Campus Highest Package goes upto 12 to 15LPA and lowest is 4.5 but average is 5 to 6 LPA which is comperable. And about almost all are who are opting for placements got placed eventually.

Placement Experience:

After 6th semester the students get eligible for company placement. There are huge companies visited every year for the placement and many big MNCs like Amazon offers 100seats , Wipro offers 200, detollite offers 100, microsoft offers 10, ITC offers 150 , Infosys offers 300, TCS offers 200, Flipkart offers 150 and many more . Every year almost 80% of the students get placed at a good company with a minimum of 4 lakhs . After getting the degree I am planning to get placed in a multi national company like Amazon or Microsoft

Placements are ok but majority of the placement are for the IT and Cse sectors, but there are some core companies which offers a good packages. Around 40-50 % students pare placed in the companies and more over most of the students are up for the higher studies and cracking GATE exam.

Placement Experience:

See basically you placement depends on you .If you work hard you will get placed with a good package.In our college last year the avg package for CSE was around 13 Lakh per annum and highest was about 39 lakh per annum.Companies like Amazon,oracle Microsoft etc visited our college .After 4 th or 5 th semester i Think we are all capable of getting placed .

A Engineering students lifestory

Trident is a private college and in 2021 it was the only college we could afford. In other hand i had another college silicon institute of technology in my mind but the admission fees was on a higher side. There is no such cutoffs in this college the only thing i know is you have to apper jee mains to apply in this college.
