College infrastructure

Some of the positive remarks are that when you are in college than you learn so many things in engineering and some other things non related to engineering.Negative is that courses are not upto date.Courses and books are old.So technological they are a little backward.

In my opinion it is good.If you want to learn too many things then you have an opportunity.It is a now online mode examination .At my time it was in offline mode. It is scheduling in now 2 phases. You have to choose one better option out from the two exam options.

Some of the top companies visits college every year like Amazon, d.e.shaw, jp Morgan chase, reliance, Texas, Maruti etc. They provide good packages to students.There is internship opportunities also there. It is necessary for students to do internship at the end of third year.

There are some events celebrated in college every year. Some are - Blitzslag - a cultural 3 day event. Annual sports meet Global alumni meet Honkong sixes- a long cricket competition for 11 overs. Sports day and some of small tournaments are played every year.

Fee is like not so much higher than other private college . You can say it is feasible. National and state governments also provides scholarship for good students. College is also supportive for students who cannot pay their fee.

State government provides scholarship to the students who are in nit/iit colleges and having family annual income less than 5 lpa. Some of other options are also provided to minority caste students whose background is not economically strong.

There is a 5 day week in college. Sports activities are there every month. Teams go out for inter nit tournaments. Labs are also well built. In computer department every lab is air conditioned. Technical competitions are also there during mid semester.

Alumni network is not so strong. But college is working continuously towards it. A separate team is working for it. A program for alumni happens every year which helps to improve connection. A platform is also made where you can connect most of your college alumni for your help. In college network is much stronger. They are helpful for every thing.

There is a entrance exam i.e. Jee main and jee advance for it. You have to clear and secure good rank in jee main to get a seat in this college.It was a total 360 numbers total marks examination. You have to score at least 190+ marks to get admission in this college.

Some of the faculty members are very helpful towards students. Always ready to help students. But some of are proper khadoos type.But you can learn many things from them because there are some very knowledgeable professors.
