All about GEC -G Sector 28 Gandhinagar

Areas of improvemnet in our course is only about technical and practical aspect of it, as the students to get the exposure of bookish knowledge but in here they also need practical projects to work on to clear some concepts that we cannot study in our ideal case.

Internships are there in college but a student has to clear all their backlogs and shouod not be into any mischief or any inappropriate behavior. Also there is a criteria where if a person have more than 7 than the preference is more towards the one with more cpga in internships and placements both.

Our college placements are good but not upto the mark as this year the placement officer wasn't there so students itself did everything by seeking proper knowledge and approaching companies, average package is 4-5LPA and highest would be around 9LPA.

Year wise its about 5000 and Im not opted for any hostel Category is General Not into any scholoarship right There are scholoarships available for students living in this own state gujarat And others like J&K they have their fees structure

Experience with campus life is good because our campus is pretty huge in comparison with other colleges. Social life is also good over here. Clubs are now big, we have won couple of events with the help of our clubs like club IDE which focuses on technical team building for various technologies, including a dedicated team for design and visuals. Our clubs are also active on social media

I chose this college because I wanted to pursue the course I wanted, it has it also it is a government college so there isn't any pressure of attendance that I get, it's easy to roam around and do other side hustle as well.

Faculty to student ratio is good, but still we need more ways to get connect with our faculty as they do not come sometimes to the class, it happens almost everyday. There are not any prof that I did not liked. The best professor in our college is ND PATEL sir also known by the name NDP. There is one Mid-sem and a regular sem exam every semester. Approx out of 170, 10-20 students fail to clear in general. Course is on point and it is relevant but we just need the practical aspect of this course.

Topics in GD were really good and there was not any pattern but they had 4 rounds to clear in and make your position in the job role. I preapred for the rounds with my hardwork and confidence. Rest everything was good

Nightlife being honest is the worst thing around our college as it is situated near the end of gandhinagar border area, so for girls it definitely not safe as I have heard cases around night outside and inside campus both.
