There are various scholarships of reservation sections and sc /st and merit based scholarships also these scholarships are available in detail on the college website if anyone is interested or is in need of it can avail those by visiting the website also there are departments in the college office working only for availing scholarship to students they can visit those departments also for further information and details

Big ground ,hall for events, intercollegiate competition exhibitions which can be available to any student for free of cost also which has alot of prizes which can be won by students nss camps which can be included in the credits earned

Admission

Infrastructure facilities, teaching, various other opportunities than studies in which students can participate and keep themselves involved in,events happening on a daily basis which makes the normal college life interesting and joyful

Faculty

Faculty student friendly exam system NEP type which is per semester 40 MKS internal and 60 mks external for all the subjects chooses gets to select subjects of choice from the second year gets to choose specialization in the third year

Night Life

Natural icecream shop,burger king, Starbucks, various small stalls , India gate,Marine drive,Azad maidan, flora fauna to buy books novels ,collaba, shopping malls to shop clothes and other accessories

Placement Experience:

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

AS FOR PLACEMENT , TNP TRIES REALLY HARD TO GET STUDENT PLACED. MULTIPLE COMPANY VISIT THE CAMPUS. NAMELY INFOSYS, ACCENTURE, COGNIZANT, TCS, CAPEGEMINI, AMDOCS, HCL, TECH MAHINDRA, ETC MULTUPLE APTITUDE ASSESMENT AND CODING ASSESMENT ARE CONDUCTED BY COMPANIES. MANY STUDENT GET PLACED AT AVERAGE OF 4.5 . OFFER ARE LIKE 3LPA, 3,5LPA.4,5LPA, 7LPA, MAX 9LPA OR THIS YEAR BUT STILL IN MY OPNION STUDENT ARE NOT PUTTING ENOUGH EFFORT IN THEIR PLACEMENT DRIVES AND HAVE VERY CASUAL ATTITUDE. SO PERCENTAGE IS AROUND 40% AND I'LL NOT BLAME COLLEGE FOR THIS PERCENTAGE ATLEAST NOT TNP, CUZ FOR SOME REASON STUDENT ARE CLEARING FAILING HERE AS FOR ME I'M PLANNING FOR FURTHER STUDIES

I choose this course because I have genuine interest in civil engineering. The faculty student ration is 1:50. Our faculties are well qualified they are master's degree holders in design and structural engineering. Some of them are PhD holders and many of them have done their master's from NIT and IIT. Term exams are scheduled after every 2 months. it is easy to pass because it consists of 30 marks only.
