- Environment of the college , well structured library.the college provides you unlimited food at its own canteen which includes varieties of foods .
- College is linked with coursera platform , where they provide you courses from the foreign top colleges for free.vollege has its own indoor gym with the good trainer.
- Good staffs and helpful seniors and well experienced lecturer. college has very good cricket ground and basket ball ground , badminton ground as well. the college has activity center which includes indoor games like Table tennis, Chess,Carrom .
Dislikes
- The strict rules to wear the dress like formals only and there is ban on jeans and t shirts and sandals ,there is no such specific uniforms for BTECH Students.
- Classes starts at 8:30 am in the morning and ends at 4:30. which make us to feel like school.
- We will not get a specific time to utilise all the facilities provided by colleges like fest and games due to attendance and strict lecturers.
Course Curriculum Overview
The CSE curriculum blends core subjects luke algorithms and operarating systems with modern topics like AI and cybersecurity, offering practical exposure through labs and projects. Adding interdisciplinary topics , flexible electivesand hy hybrid teaching can improve it. balanced exams with continuos assesments are effective yet need better conceptual practical alignment.
Internships Opportunities
IBM is a company which provides internship in our college , and TCS and many companies come here and provide internship and even we are invited to get internship from IIT Guwhati etc. you need to make a good project to make recruiters inspire .
Placement Experience
As I Mentioned at starting the placement in this college is good and the average is 8.5 LPA, the highest package offered in the college was 60 lakhs, from 7th semester students become eligible for campus placements. Top recruiters are Flipkart, TCS , Infosys, Tech Mahindra. 100% placements. my plan is to pursue M.Tech in CSE aster getting Degree.
Fees and Financial Aid
KCET FEES : the year wise fees im paying is 1,37,495. tution fees is 1,07,495. registeration fees 1000 , development fees 3000 , lab fees and examination fees per year is 25,000. Management Fees: for CSE 3,50,000 per year SC/ST fees : 750 KCET fees for everyone is same except SC/ST Students. scholarship for management students which is provided by college is : ONGC Merit scholarship is : SSP
Campus Life
The university provides an ideal environment for young minds to explore new ideas encourages critical thinking to develop lifelong learning skills. apart from academics, student are naturally driven towards participating in their areas of interest , activities like sports, cultural fests,festivals leadership and development programs.
Admission
Why i choose this college only is , the college provides the best placements and student exchange program. i never got a reject from any other college . admission process : first your rank shoul be under 50000 for CSE [GENERAL category] , you should pass your 12th atleast with 75%, the university has its own entrance exam. the overall admission experience was good
Faculty
The faculty to student ratio is 60. in the lab it is 30. the faculties are very helpful and very respectful and well experienced. I specifically like Darshith Sir , who teaches LBC , i like him because of the unique way of teaching and explaining style. secondly L Rajeshkumar Sir for Engineering Graphics because of his unique way of teaching and he takes all the experience while teaching and the very good dout solver and always motivates us to study.
Interview Experience
no such inetrview are taken . but you should be prepared for onboarding day (if you are joining through KCET). You should take all the compulsory documents required with you.you will get maximum of 3 days for the onboarding so keep your documents ready after your college allotment
Night Life
night life in our college is very good , like you can stay here at the college campus till 10 pm. and there are 3 cafes you can hangout with friends . best hangout place is Aroma cafe . the locality is safe to roam at night .
