- The lab facility or research facility is very good
- All the professors are PhD holder from good institution
- Sports facility are also excellent as there is proper sports Complex for football, tennis, basketball,volleyball etc.
Dislikes
- This college fells overcrowded as the student capacity is very large
- All professors are well educated but many professors teaching skills are not good
- Teh extra cirrucular activities are not good
Course Curriculum Overview
I prefer this course as it gives good placements and also it is according to the gate exam . Also there is open elective course in which you one subject from any department and it changes every semester I suggest some subjects should add like blockchain cloud computing etc, in the course The frequency and the timing of exams are above average according to me.
Internships Opportunities
In this college you have to find internship on own but college helps by suggesting companies and by giving LOR(Letter of Recommendation) . Some students got internships in well known companies like JP Morgan, Google, Goldman Sachs etc.
Placement Experience
The placement of this college is good but in some braches there is low placement ratio. Students of last year are eligible for campus placements Companies like JIO, TCS, L&T, AMAZON, INFOSYS etc visits this college Highest placement offer is of Rs 4200000 and average placement is Rs 750000 About 70-80% students gets placed I am confused about the after degree plans
Fees and Financial Aid
I had paid Rs 240000 as tution fee. Other than that I also paid Rs 3000 as examination fee which is per semester. There is no extra fee like lab fees, development fees etc. There is scholarship on the basis merit cum for top 15 students
Campus Life
The ccampus is huge with 100 acres. The overall campus life is also very good as you get students of various fields. There is technical fest named 'Tesseract' which organized by Science and Technical Committee and there is also cultural fest called 'FLARE' organized by Social and Cultural committee There is also sports fest committee 'Energy Cup' There is several technical and social clubs
Hostel Facilities
The rent of the hostel is Rs 150000 per year There is both double and triple sharing rooms. In triple sharing room the bathroom is in the room but in double sharing room the bathroom is common for whole floor. The meal quality provided in the mess is average. There is also other private hostels nearby which has MOU with college like JMD and Darsh hostel
Admission
The placement from this college is good compare to other colleges also the campus life is also good and it has campus area of about 100 acres. I had applied in colleges like Nirma, DAIICT, DDIT, etc. but the cutoff of these colleges are higher To apply in this college you have visit their site and apply in the admission form online and then there is selection on the basis merit cum One get admission on the basis of Jee and the Gujcet
Faculty
The faculty-to-student ratio is about 1:300.The relationship between faculty and students is good but in some cases it is worst. There are total 2 major exams per semester that is Mid semester which is of 50 marks and another one is end semester which is of 100 marks Also there are Internal Assessments which depends on professors Total marks consists of 50% end semester, 50% mid semester and 25 marks of Internal Assessment
Night Life
There are two hostels. One is UG which is for 1st and 2nd year students and other one is HIGH RISE for 3rd and 4th year students. There is gym which is payable, also cafeteria. The In time is 10:30pm and out time is 6:00 am There is several hangout place in campus life Gazebo, Freezeland,etc. And outside campus PDEU Bridge, Gift city etc.
