My college life

So, my maternal uncle did his B. Tech from this college and he was also in Electrical Engineering as I am. But what I found by studying is that the branch is good for future careers and one thing I would like to add in the curriculum is that they(the teachers) should teach us with more real life examples not theory something more practical other than course labs.

I have not experienced such internship yet but I have heard that my college provides good internship like for Civil, it collabes with Ambuja Cement company, for Electrical with Power plants companies and infosys, etc.

Well I don't know much about my college placements as I have not taken such interest in it till now but what I have heard is that the package in recent years was of a girl of 44 lpa and the average package of our college is nearly about 6 lpa. From 7th semester the student becomes eligible for placement.

So,the total college fee I paid this semester is 51900 + 6600. This 6600 was the examination fee which I paid because my college is affiliated with Rajasthan Technical University(RTU), Tuition fee is 44400 and a 1000 fine because I paid fee late, it also includes Development fee which is for RTU and its cost is 5500 and registration fee is 1000. Well, the college provide some scholarships by conducting quiz, events, etc. and there is a quota for lower caste which I don't exactly how the fee structure is.

My college conducts many events technical and non-technical both. The yearly fest which is held in pur college is "PRAVAH" it is a non-technical fest which include sports events, dancing events, modelling, games, a celebrity night, DJ night, etc. and many pther events like this. There are many clubs for particular activities, even there are student clubs which informs student what's going on in the college.

Well at first I didn't had any idea about any college, my uncle did his graduation from my college so I also followed his path, but my college in comparison with other colleges is really good in making discipline and studies if I talk about the colleges in my city. Well the admission process of my college is simple you can either get admission from REAP or by direct admission.

The faculty of my college is very good, they are really friendly, have a good experience in teaching, really will help you out even in real life problem or situation exclude some teachers they are not very good, I would say not friendly at all, but only a few rest all are very great teachers. So, there are 3 exams, there are 2 mid-term exams which is conducted by college only and there is a final exam which is conducted by the RTU and similarly 3 practical exams from which 2 are internal and 1 is external. The exams are not very tough to pass they mostly give questions based on previous year papers but some students don't pay attention otherwise if one is serious about studies he/she can get good grades wothout difficulty.

I would say excellent about the nightlife of my college. There are so many cafes around the college which will be open till 11-12 at night and since the college is surrounded by residential area and there is also a police station nearby so it is completely safe. And I don't have words to describe the nightlife of my college just amazing.
