So, one of the colleges that i got into was Delhi University. Although its an esteemed college, I have always been a little skeptical about studying in Delhi. Keeping that fear aside, BASE offered this marvellous curriculum which felt like a dream for an indian college. This practical knowledge instead of theoretic mug up made this college stand out. Eligibility for the course is done through CUET (Central Universities Entrance Test) conducted by NTA (National Testing Agency) which also conducts JEE mains and advanced examinations. The application would be available from the website (https://cuet.nta.nic.in/). After writing the CUET exam and getting the score for it go to college website (https://www.base.ac.in) and apply for the desired course. Please enter your CUET score in the application form when asked. Coming to reservations SC/ST category reservations are there and there is 60% reservation for people from Karnataka across all categories. To get admitted into the university, you would have to give an entrance examination called CUCET. The eligibility to apply for the Bachelors or Integrated Economics course is Mathematics as a compulsory subject in 12th/PUC studies. To apply to Masters, having a Bachelor's degree in Economics is a must. The application form can be found online. The forms usually open in April- May. One has to fill out the college application form and select Dr B R Ambedkar School of Economics as one of the preferred colleges on CUCET application form.
