Remarks
For me If you are a moderate students and to aim high our college is best. The faculty is good, facility is good, seniors are helpful, expenses are low, good hostel, no ragging, overall a good college.
Course Curriculum Overview
Semester system. Course curriculum is very good and there are very good faculty in our college. One of the most prestigious department of our college is math department and then comes physics. There are many great alumni belongs to this college.
Placement Experience
No placement at all.but recently placement begins in very low scale and low packages but I dont think that are good. So you have to just clear the bsc from here and have to do msc.There is some stipend for the poor and meritorious students.
College Events
Freshers and farewell in every department and also in college.also various departments has their own program.Also there is cultural and sports event celebrated in every year.Also NSS of our college celebrate different sports.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Not so much expensive.there is a scheme for the poor and meritorious students which is half free or full free.also as the college is situated in one of the poor district so the expenses are very low thats why fee is not expensive.
Fees and Financial Aid
Only I know about full free or half free in the tution fee.you have to apply for various scholarship provieded by the government. A scholarship available for the hostellers that I know and you have to apply.
Campus Life
In the extracurricular activities there are NSS AND NCC in our college. Also sports team for various sport is available who represents our college in very field. Also game facility is available in hostels also.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel is very good. There are 3 hostels, two for the boys and one for the girls. Among two of the boys hostel one is for the backward classes and one for the general category. The expenses in the hostel is small.
Alumni/Alumna
Alumni network is very good.reunion is organised in various departments for the alumnus.in the physics department reunion held in every year and the seniors are very helpfull and they guide you in proper way.
Admission
You have to apply form online and then wait for the merit list.all the selection process happened through the official website of our college jkcprl.ac.in and you have to apply through this website.thats ok.
Faculty
Physics department is moderate. There are 3 faculty in the department and 3 guest lecturers.practical is very good in the syllabus and also the lab is very good in our department. Only one lab staff present currently but he is very efficient for our department.
