DSCE- My College

i dont have any specific reason of choosing this college, this was my luck and my destiny. i failed in every other exams like mains, advance, vitee and srmjee. I got this college after clearing comedk exam, my rank was 7000 approx and i got dayananda sgar is branch in 3rd round of comedk counselling. the curriculum is not so nice, like it still have maths and physics and chemistry like subjects wich is similar to clas 12 jee portions but in a advance level. till now, i do not find anything related to computer science and of my branch which will help me in my job. the timings of exam is not at al goood, it is not similar to other colleges, we face some difficulties during our exam becuse many hackathons are going on during the exams only.

internship is given to students from ther 3rd year and not all are getting internships. some are getting paid while some are not. students aim to get a internship in 3rd year only to get some pocketmoney and experience and also there is a chance of getting placement outside campus which is very good. so i am aso planning for the same internship in 3rd year and job after.

placement eligible from 4th year. compnies visit are accentue, jp morgan, accenture, wipro, tcs, capenmegni. the highest package was of 54lpa from microsoft previous year. 85% students get placed and it is good. i am also doing the same like learning now then internships and then job. i am depend upon college.

The yearly fees is 282000 tuition, 5000 development 5000 vtu registration and 20 thousand lab skill facility fees, so i give a total of 325000 oer year to the college.. this is coedk fees.. management quita fees is very high it is 1000000 per year only the tuition fees and remaining being the same.. so management quota fees is very high than comedk fees,.. My most batchmates are from comed and north so they also py the same amount that is 325000 per year... i have the scholarship of my own state that is bihar, they provide graduation scholarship to some selected students... so I got 50000 scholarship from Bihar governmemg but not from the college

vibrations fest is in college every year. we participate and play games like treasure hunt, dsi minute, witcraft, ipl mock auction and others. it is very nice fest. books and copies are available in library of college and it is easily accessible for students. sports and other activties are very much in this college it is motivated by the college, they organise many competitions and matches between teams of college. here are any clubs also n this college covering different different areas of interest of students, they help in pesonality developkent and skill up of students.

we live in nri hostel of campus where we are given a study table a bed a chair a almarih and window, it is attach bathroom room and 2 sharing room. the mess facility is also included in the hostel fees and 4 times mess food is given vry fast fast. the dinner time is not good in mess and food also not good because sometimes worms are coming out from their food. the mess management we complaint but no action. yes, in localitythere are many pgs which are in the range of 8000 to 20000. it is better to lve in pg outside the hostel for saving money.

i chose this college because i was not getting any other colleges with a good branch there. some colleges like vit and srm i was getting a seat but i didnt choose this college because i was not getting core cs or it branch. in this comedk also i was not getting good college before, but after round 3 allotment something happened and i get this college branch. admission proces is through comedk counselling process. it is a 3 round process where we get our respective college according to the choice and rank.

it is 1 to 40 faculty to student ratio. faculty are very well-behaved and are very kind. but they do not are very much experienced. they are only inclined towards college modules and bookish knowledge. they do not impart practical knowledge. our elecronics faculty is very bad, she dont teach properly. almost every student hates her she dont like to teach but only puts a problem to anything happening in the class. her name is professor aishwarya. we have best teacher for physics, Dr. Aruna P, and she is very kind and beautiful. she not only help in sylabus but also in other areas, like helping in bunking class.. give us oppurtunity to give presentation which gives us free project marks also. so she is very helpful and kind.. she is best teacher for me. there are many exams in this college. every month we have a internal exam which is of 50 marks. and then we have semester exams at total of.2 sem exams which is of 100 marks..

there is a gym, cafe, canteen in the college. gym is paid. 9 30 is the college hostel timing called as curfew time in our college. there are many places in college for hang out and chill like rock garden, ampitheater, library and garden. basketball ground is also there for chilling. we go there at evening and talk abouyt whole day. couples also go and roam at night in college, they have so much fun.
