Course Curriculum Overview
Yes, exam structure is nice, although there is no gap of more than 24 hours for the tests which make it tiring, overall, the course content is acceptable. Sometimes, some teachers lack in explaining the course which makes it difficult to understand and study of exam.
Placement Experience
Placement cell is good, The teachers try their level best to prepare you for the placement tests and give you all the necessary information regarding the same. They also create a similar environment for you to have a more closure insight.
College Events
Aditya, the cultural and technical fest of VIT Bhopal. The place and campus are still new and is developing so for now, the events are limited, but for sure they are going to increase and reach a thousand people. Other than this, intra sports fest and all sort of workshops for different departments take place to give them necessary closure.
Fee Structure And Facilities
for academic, if you are of 1st category, your fees would be approximate - 1.95 lakhs. ( As of mechanical it is the same)
Campus Life
There is no Campus life as it is still under construction. There is no lab, no good grounds Even spending nearly 3 lakhs a year, we don't have the proper facility, no proper roads, and nothing. This college is of so weak mentality that two opposite gender people cannot even roam freely. Any sort of physical touch, that too shaking hands will lead to a fine of 6,000 each.
Hostel Facilities
For hostel, it depends on the type of room. For example, it is 70,000 for a 6 bedded room. It is 90,000 for a 4 bedded and 1,20,000 for a 2 bedded . ( hostel includes mess charges) .As of hostel, the warden really sucks. It feels like to beat their ass up and rip it in pieces. Even for some serious personal issues, he wont allow you. you can really go out once a month and that too after so much of struggle in this village.
Admission
For getting yourself into this college, you have to clear VITEE, which is a private exam to enter any of the four institutes of Vellore Institute of Technology. According to the rank or your desired place, you can choose your campus location. You need to have rank close to 1 lakh or under it.
Faculty
As of Bhopal campus, the university claims that there are faculties who are 100% doctorate but only the inside students know about the lie. Some teachers are fine, but for the rest, I don't even understand how they landed up in this institute. They just mug up the topic and vomit in the lecture, without having any knowledge of the depth. I won't take names nor will it matter but there are Some who even try to cut your marks down because of personal grudges.
